My fiance and I ate before a ND basketball game. The hostess and server were great. Food was very good. We had Chicken nachos and the Bus BLT. The Cook thanked us for the compliments as we were leaving. We will be back again. GO IRISH!

I had a disappointing experience at Legends of Notre Dame. I was eating lunch alone and stepped away briefly to use the restroom (about 5 mins), leaving my hat and sunglasses on the table. When I came back, my meal had been cleared — even though I was still eating.

When I told the waitress, she said “sorry” but didn’t offer to replace the food or ask if I was okay. She just gave me the check. The front desk handed me a manager’s card and said email her if you have any complaints. No one made an effort to make things right. It felt like they didn’t really care.

FYI: The email on the business card was incorrect. No way to file a complaint at all.

I have been wanting to go to Legends for a while, but it had been closed for quite some time during COVID. It is open now, and I finally got that chance to go there. It is definitely worth the trip to a very nice place. The inside is very nice and the atmosphere was good. Service was a little slow as they seemed to be slightly understaffed, but the food was good.

Had the wings and chicken nachos, and both were very good. The fries were also very good. It’s definitely one of the better pub/bar places in South Bend. They make their own sangria, and my wife loved it. She said it was the best sangria she had. Service was a little slow but everything else was on point!

Whether you’re just visiting or staying a while, try Legends on the Notre Dame campus in South Bend, you’ll love it! ✨
The food is great, the service is professional and friendly, and the space is really lovely. It’s good for dates, groups, families, or even a nice professional dinner.
They don’t take reservations on weekends, but you can walk around campus or enjoy a drink at the bar while you wait, totally worth it. I didn’t take any photos this time ‍♀️ ‍♀️, but I’ll definitely be back for a proper review!

The food was satisfactory at best. Prices were kind of high for the portions and food quality. Probably won’t eat there again.

This place was great. Right outside the stadium and has a little parking lot for it’s guests. I ordered the fried pretzel appetizer which was sort of a pretzel type dough that was maybe fried and not baked? I’d skip it next time and try one of the other appetizers. I also ordered the salmon which was fantastic, would get that again. I went on a Thursday night and it wasn’t too busy but I imagine it’s packed on GameDay. Price was $45 with tax and tip.

Great food and service. It was quiet going on a weekday afternoon. I couldn’t imagine how busy it would be on a game day!

Stopped in the night before the NC State game. Food was good, drinks were great, and the patio was nice to relax on. Only hiccup was the AC wouldn’t shut off and everyone having dinner was freezing. Hopefully they get this issue resolved, it was warmer outside.
