We absolutely love this place!
My husband and I have been here several times now so I feel confident in sharing my review. The food is outstanding and most importantly, consistent in its goodness! This is the only place I have ever ordered a Sirloin steak and ate every….single…bite…ever! I have now had multiple family members take my referral to check out Legacy and they have sent their friends as well. They have all loved the food and plan on returning. Love the fried pickles too! Secondly, the servers and owners are all topnotch folks and make it very well known that they care about your time spent in their restaurant and that you have enjoyed the food prepared for you!! I give Legacy way above 5 stars for hospitality and delicious food! Step away from the chain restaurants and check them out!

My family just got back from Legacy. We really enjoyed it. My husband and older son had the fish fry and said it was crispy on the outside and flaky on the inside, perfect. I had the steak bowl and was very pleased with that. My younger son had a ribeye and it was cooked just right, he said the chef had a heavy hand with the pepper grinder though. He didn’t send it back and was fine with it like that, but he did mention it.
We went there because we got a coupon in the mail. If anyone from Legacy reads this review, keep doing this for newcomers to the area. We didn’t even notice that there was a restaurant up there until we got the coupon!

We drove 30 miles from Louisville to try this place out. I can definitely say that it has to be in my top 3 favorite restaurant’s now! The food was fantastic…more than enough to finish. The staff was awesome and the atmosphere was great!! We will be making several more trips there!

Such a wonderful spot in Taylorsville. The food is great, you can’t go wrong with the sirloin and a side of cheese fries! The staff is very friendly and the owners are very welcoming. They have live bands on Saturday nights and we really enjoyed sitting on the patio under the stars listening to good music. Looking forward to having our next date night there!

We ate here last night and boy oh boy was it ever good. I order the pork chop special. We had to wait for our food, but when it came out was so surprised at the size of the pork chop. Couldn’t eat it all was so big and other much. Well worth the wait.

The food was really good. I had a ribeye sandwich and my husband had the fish. We both had fries and I had a side of fried pickles. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the ribeye was tough and had grissel throughout.

I ordered the 12 Oz ribeye steak cooked medium rare with mashed potatoes and brown gravy and brussel sprouts.
First the service was great and very friendly. The establishment was clean and very nice with a country atmosphere.
The food was absolutely amazing. When it comes to steaks, being raised in an old school southern Texas family, steaks and meat are something I know and am very critical about.
The ribeye was cooked to perfection and seasoned the same. It was extremely juicy and I could literally cut it with a fork. This is the first time I have said this but I have never had a better steak. I have been to almost all of the state’s in the U.S. and tried steaks from all over and this brat them all.
The mashed potatoes were real with the skins and very flavorful. The Brussel sprouts were also well cooked and we’ll seasoned.
Prices were very reasonable. I would recommend this restaurant to any of my family, friends or passers-by. If you want to truly eat perfect food, then this is where you go.
