The pastries and French desserts are hands down the best. Coffee is good, atmosphere is nice, good customer service, competitive pricing. I’ve never been disappointed by ANY purchase! Many of the treats look like art. And taste incredible. If you see a line, don’t fret, they move fast! Take your treats to go, or sit down for a while. You won’t regret your visit

I’ve traveled to many places and countries, and Left Bank Pastry is still one of my absolute favorites and for very good reason.
I’ve been a longtime customer and remember when they were just at the farmers market, so it’s been incredible to watch them grow into what they are today. They’ve quickly become one of my must-stop places whenever I’m in Olympia.
Honestly, everything here is excellent, but the Kouign Amann is on another level. Truly special and one of the best I’ve ever had. The quiche and croissants are also out of this world, they are flaky, rich, and perfectly executed. This is pastry done right.
The location itself is beautiful: modern, full of natural light, and thoughtfully designed with places to sit and enjoy your food. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the coffee is great, which just completes the experience.
Left Bank Pastry is the kind of place that reminds you why truly great bakeries are worth seeking out. A gem in Olympia and one of my favorite pastry spots anywhere.

The pastry you cannot beat! A croissant that leaves you in heaven! The perfect amount of sweet and salty with a flake that melts in your mouth. The ambience can leave you with peace for the rest of the day while the coffee leaves you with energy to take on any task. The price is reasonable and the customer service is superb. Now if only I can get a loft above the pastry shop so I could go every day.❤️

My boyfriend and I decided to go check this place out and it was definitely busy for a good reason! The pastries were amazing! The coffee is good, but I’m picky about coffee so don’t let me discourage you! Definitely some of the best in the area, if you have the chance you should definitely give them a try! Staff was amazing as well, the individual who checked us out was really awesome and didn’t seem to be annoyed when we ordered like 8 things!❤️

Left Bank Pastry is one of my favorite spots in Olympia. Everything is always fresh and delicious. The cappuccino is really good, and the palmier is my favorite pastry. You can really taste the quality and care in everything they make. A perfect place to treat yourself.

Came here to try out the kouign amons which were highly rated. I loved the selection and the ambiance. The place is classy and instagram worthy. I got 2 kouign amons and 1 apple tart pastry. The apple tart was delicious, I loved it. Unfortunately my kouign amons were rock hard and too caramelized to really eat. They had a solid layer of rock hard sugar on top and was hard on the teeth. Maybe it was just an off day for them, but I threw mine away. The barista made me a cute cappuccino with a heart ❤️ it was lovely.

This place reminds me of the delicious bakeries I’ve visited in Germany. The pastries were so fresh and tasty. They have the best croissants I’ve had in the states. The service was fast, and I was pleasantly surprised by the selection they still had at the end of the day. I am thrilled that they have a few gluten-free goodies, too. Yum!

I started working close by & finally decided to stop in. I’ve drove past this place a million times and heard about it but never stopped. The first time I tried the pepper & goat cheese quiche, and the last time I came in I tried the Kouign Amann & the tomato & pesto puff, everything is amazing.

This bakery is AMAZING!!! I stopped and got a selection of pastries for my husband and I to try after a friend told us about it. We loved them all… I would suggest the chocolate croissant and my husband’s favorite was the lemon tart although everything we purchased was good. The prices are also reasonable. I didn’t eat inside, but it had a warm, friendly atmosphere and the counter help was fast and friendly.
