Reviews
I honestly feel bad for the people who work here more than anything, you can tell that management intentionally understaffs them and fails to order enough ingredients for them on a regular basis.
Every time I order there’s always a ton of people in the lobby, awkwardly glancing at one another wonderinf why the hell their orders are taking so long.
Last three times I’ve been, I’ve heard them run out of different types of chicken while waiting for my sandwich. Today the cashier gave my sandwich to an UberEats guy and I had to wait even longer than normal. I don’t really blame him though, since he was also helping the only other employee in the store try to catch up on her orders.
I love Lee’s, but this place should probably just close down already. Management is clearly way too greedy to spend the money required to staff their business properly.
This is supposed to be a ham and turkey!
I think if you want to fix this place you start with the coworkers laughing and talking when he/they can’t make a sandwhich!
Why is the store so dirty? It has never been like this.
If this is what we can see, what can we not?
By the way, now it is 10:20 am,
This is not right guys. It will be my pleasure to change my review if this situation changes.
In addition to a generally poor experience, I was short-changed during my transaction. I was informed that the store had “no pennies available”, resulting in an incorrect amount of change. This approach feels like a way for the store to profit at the customer’s expense rather than prioritizing service.
I hope the owner of this location will train the employees to provide better service and handle transactions accurately in the future. I do not intend to return to this location.
dely refused to sell baguettes because then they would not have enough for their sandwich sales the rest of the day. I showed up after the lunch rush and she had 4 left. Call ahead if you are going to buy the bread. They might not sell it to you if you go without calling ahead.
During my visit, the staff members were on their phones the entire time, which made the service feel very unprofessional. While I appreciate a laid-back atmosphere, the outright rude and disrespectful behavior was unacceptable. My sandwich came with no toppings, just a single mustard packet, a pickle, some onions, and a single pepper on the side.
On a positive note, the drink was great. However, the overall experience was very disappointing due to the poor service and lackluster sandwich. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works to improve the customer service.
