Always understaffed. Always running out of ingredients. Terrible service.

I honestly feel bad for the people who work here more than anything, you can tell that management intentionally understaffs them and fails to order enough ingredients for them on a regular basis.

Every time I order there’s always a ton of people in the lobby, awkwardly glancing at one another wonderinf why the hell their orders are taking so long.

Last three times I’ve been, I’ve heard them run out of different types of chicken while waiting for my sandwich. Today the cashier gave my sandwich to an UberEats guy and I had to wait even longer than normal. I don’t really blame him though, since he was also helping the only other employee in the store try to catch up on her orders.

I love Lee’s, but this place should probably just close down already. Management is clearly way too greedy to spend the money required to staff their business properly.

Always in a bad mood and the guy who makes the sandwiches gave me very small portions in my sandwhich, wasn’t like this before. Won’t be coming here again.
This is supposed to be a ham and turkey!
I think if you want to fix this place you start with the coworkers laughing and talking when he/they can’t make a sandwhich!

I love this place. But what is going on?
Why is the store so dirty? It has never been like this.
If this is what we can see, what can we not?
By the way, now it is 10:20 am,

This is not right guys. It will be my pleasure to change my review if this situation changes.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at this location.

In addition to a generally poor experience, I was short-changed during my transaction. I was informed that the store had “no pennies available”, resulting in an incorrect amount of change. This approach feels like a way for the store to profit at the customer’s expense rather than prioritizing service.

I hope the owner of this location will train the employees to provide better service and handle transactions accurately in the future. I do not intend to return to this location.

If I could give zero stars. Girl at the register was in a horrible mood. Barely acknowledging us & ru
dely refused to sell baguettes because then they would not have enough for their sandwich sales the rest of the day. I showed up after the lunch rush and she had 4 left. Call ahead if you are going to buy the bread. They might not sell it to you if you go without calling ahead.

I decided to get the spring rolls today and honestly, it was the worst spring rolls I’ve ever had. It was filled with an obscene amount of lettuce with no vermicelli. It was also wrapped poorly. It was extremely loose, which made it difficult to hold so you had to squeeze it the entire time you were eating it. And lastly, it was soggy! Like why is my spring roll crying?! LOL If I knew I was going to have wet lettuce for lunch, I would’ve just saved my $7 and skipped lunch. Extremely disappointed.

Went to this Lees since we were in town visiting. I asked them if I could get a cup of water because I had to take some medicine before my meal, and they told me I had to pay for it. Last I checked, it was a state law that they had to offer water to customers upon request. Anyway, I had to walk over to another restaurant just to ask for a cup of water for my medicine. They acted like they didn’t care. Terrible service and won’t be coming back here during future visits.

I recently visited Lee’s Sandwiches and had a disappointing experience. I ordered a drink and an avocado croissant, which cost me $17. The person behind the counter was short with me and seemed bothered when I paid with cash and a large bill. They didn’t ask what I wanted on my sandwich and abruptly walked away after taking my order.

During my visit, the staff members were on their phones the entire time, which made the service feel very unprofessional. While I appreciate a laid-back atmosphere, the outright rude and disrespectful behavior was unacceptable. My sandwich came with no toppings, just a single mustard packet, a pickle, some onions, and a single pepper on the side.

On a positive note, the drink was great. However, the overall experience was very disappointing due to the poor service and lackluster sandwich. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works to improve the customer service.

Yikes. This #4 grilled chicken has a total of 6 small slivers of chicken in the entire sandwich. Listen, I am the biggest people pleaser you’ve ever met, so I have never in my entire life sent anything back to be remade but when I picked up what was supposed to be my mango smoothie, there were giant pieces of ice floating around in it. I kindly asked the gentleman if he could just blend it a bit as I had ordered a smoothie Only to find out after I left that he had made it banana instead of mango. If you’re looking for a consistent, Lee sandwich and happen to be in the Fullerton area, I strongly recommend the one on Harbor.

I ordered the Combination #11 Banh Mi for about $10, and it was absolutely delicious — fresh bread, flavorful fillings, and perfectly balanced. Great portion for the price. This place is an excellent spot for a quick, satisfying meal without breaking the bank. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great value Vietnamese sandwiches!
