I’ve tried many of their franchise locations, but this one truly tastes different and much better. The baguette is always fresh, making it the best Lee’s location I’ve been to.

I was craving banh mi late evening but most of my favorite places for banh mi are closed. I check Google Maps and found this location still open till 9pm. It has a drive through that’s very convenient.
They had a good variety of options. The popular choices for banh mi are #11 special, #4 grilled chicken, #5 grilled pork, and #6 BBQ pork (xa xiu). I ordered #6 with 2 pork+shrimp egg rolls, and got my order relatively quickly.
I would say this is a solid banh mi. I personally prefer more sauce/mayo, but it has quality ingredients, well seasoned meat, and the soy sauce brand they use adds a very nice layer of flavor (I’m curious which brand they use!). I think it’s a step up from Banh Mi & Che Cali, but behind My Tho or Mr. Baguette. Maybe I can add some Kewpie mayo and Sriracha at home to sauce it up.
For the price (6.99 in 4/2025), the size, and convenience, it hits most of the right notes and is a reliable option for my banh mi fix late at night. Would come back to try other flavors

Lot’s of options for bahn mi in SGV, but Lee’s is the OG that started it all for me and first to get me to try it. I’ve been to many others, but for price, speed and convenience, Lee’s does it for me. Only had 30 mins for lunch today and didn’t feel like McDonald’s and Lee’s hit the spot! Special combination, extra jalapeños and some egg rolls! Love the drive thru too!

The OG of bahn mi! If you catch them with fresh bread, their sandwiches are up there with the best. I love Banh Mi My Tho and some other spots near by, but if you don’t have a lot of time, Lee’s is quick and has a drive through.
Todays drive thru line was 6 deep, but parking lot was empty so I decided to go inside. It was fairly empty inside and got my food quickly, but seemed like they were focused on the drive thru. Makes sense because the inside is huge and can handle a big crowd, but the drive thru line will overflow to the street after 7-8 cars. Service was good, but basic. No frills, which is fine. Don’t always need small talk or chatter.
Admittedly, the food at Lee’s can be hit and miss, but lucked out today with fresh bread and a great sandwich. The egg rolls were a little cold, so hit and miss here again. Not sure if this is new or not, but noticed the combos and Reid the Asian one which came with a bag of chips and iced coffee.
I got a lot of food for about $15, which is saying a lot these days. I will be back.

We love the #16 bugget, but too small, not enough pate. Ask for extra mayonnaise, always adds to the flavor Their ice coffee also great!

Came here to grab a quick bite and some coffee. I usually get their coffee from Costco but it never disappoints. They have the best strong coffee out here. I got their BBQ pork sandwich and it was really good. They even have a drive thru. The lines in the morning are packed but the staff here are quick and professional and very kind. They don’t have dine in due to pandemic. They have many things to buy like their coffee beans, they have merchandise they sell. They also sell the lee’s coffee for $30 but at Costco you’ll get it for $17 but up to you if you really need it and Costco so happens to not be open around your schedule. They have macaroons that I yet need to try. Their coffee is the best. It’s really strong though so if you are not used to it I would recommend diluting it in some water. I also had their egg rolls and it’s also medium size and very tasty. Overall will continue to come here to try everything on their menu. Thank you Lee’s for existing

I’ve been coming to this location for lunch for about 2 and a half to 3 weeks. Always enjoyed their baguette sandwiches. What’s my gripe? The drinks. I like to order easy ice. Today, I tested my bravery and ordered Large iced coffee, no ice on the app. Arrived at the location, the staff hands me my sandwich and, no joke, half a cup of Large iced coffee with no ice. I expected the cup won’t be 100% full, but really? This isn’t even the first or second time. It’s almost everytime I order easy ice on ANY drink (coffee, milk tea, Thai tea, etc.), this happens. Is this a thing now, or just a Rosemead trend?

Used the drive thru but still had a really wonderful experience. Drive thru attendant was very kind and upbeat. Casher was amazing: fast and efficient. The pork bahn mi was incredibly. So good I HAD to eat the whole thing.
