Craving for banh mi and this was the nearest then going all the way to little Saigon….which I think I should. Lee’s has been around for decades and they are not well known for their sandwiches, rather for their coffee and snacks…I haven’t try their sandwich for a long long long time, so I thought would give it a try. This location is nice and warm since it’s right in the corner of the plaza with their own outdoor seating area. The inside is nice & clean and bright place with glass door/windows surrounded. Nice & friendly worker (non Asian, which is a surprise), the lady is sweet and nice that when I was there I only see her and she did everything from reheat the breads, take orders, make foods & drinks, and pack its. As for the foods, I ordered the special lunch for $11.49 with soda, chip and a smaller sandwich of your choice (bbq pork). Alright, I the bread is dense and heavy, portion of meats & veggies are not even distributed from side to side (which it should be). The meat is just okey…but the pickles are nice and good. Would I try their sandwich again? Most likely not since plenty stores are WAY much better for the same price or cheaper (just have to have into the VNese territory). Must of the customer here are office workers and out of town visitors. But this is just my VNese point of view of one of my weekly must eat food. Great place, great service, just not the foods…that is all.

I recently had a craving for an iced filtered coffee and dropped by for a cup and some freshly fried wings. Both satisfied my snack cravings.
This location has a small dining area with a few tables inside and a few outside. There are grab-and-go drinks and snacks, Lee’s coffee (Cafe Su Dat) in bottles, and coffee beans in bags for purchase. Not a bad spot to grab a quick bite or drink.
Drinks – 4/5 – The classics still hit
Food – 4/5 – Wings were hot and tasty.
Service – 5/5 – Always kind and quick to get orders through
Value – 3/5 – Sad to see all the prices go up so much, yet fairly competitive
I’m giving Lee’s a recent rating of 4/5 stars, as it has been mostly consistent through the years despite the prices. The last time I got a breakfast croissant, the quality wasn’t great. I may give them and the bahn mi another try in the future.
Lastly, I used to be a big fan of Lee’s, and it’s been a challenge for this business to compete with all the new places. However, the thought of a classic Lee’s Iced Coffee or Bahn Mi will entice a visit.

Total hit and miss. Im staying at the extended stay right next to them and have been there 4 times. 2 times were great, nice meaty sandwich..the other 2 times I could have made them at home..or got a better one at 7-11. if your a rabbit you’d love the mile high of lettuce and severe lack of meat .

Lee’s is my subway alternative.
I like them better because of their bread. My taste favors their baguette over the subway’s 🙂
This location is bit hidden from the view but the sandwich is still the same. Fresh and tasty.

First time getting Lee’s and first time using Grubhub. Ordered a vegetarian banh mi but ended up with a European style avocado veggie sandwich which I was charged more for and not what I wanted at all when I could have gotten that from anywhere else.

This place is so hit-and-miss. The other day my sandwich was perfect with soft and fresh bread. Today… they made my sandwich with bread so hard you can break class with it. I literally cut my lip while biting into it. I had to toss the bread and eat the rest without it to avoid bleeding gums. Sheesh… I wish they were more consistent with their bread quality. Toss the old rock hard bread and use fresh bread every time, please! Thank you.

The Vietnamese sandwiches here are okay. They’ll do in a pinch. The sandwiches have good meat to veggie to bread ratios. I suggest eating the sandwiches as soon as possible because even after a few hours the bread gets far too chewy. The service is also fairly quick.

I stopped by here to get a quick lunch to-go. Service was great, the banh mi sandwiches were fresh and crisp, and the quality and speed of service was good. The only complaint is the pricing, but that’s not entirely their fault, due to this inflationary “not-a-recession” in this current economy. Avoid Subway, you’ll be paying the same prices for less food, go here instead and try a more exotic and unique Vietnamese menu. 4 Stars
