Lee’s has loyal regulars for a reason. On the best day you want to celebrate by eating here, on the worst day it heals your broken heart. Lee’s Noodle House is truly a secret heaven in Santa Rosa. I’ve never had soup so flavorful, fresh and delicious. The egg rolls are as light and crispy as a dream. Everything on the menu comes with well seasoned, home cooked flavors. The quiet but friendly service reminds me of visiting family. Some ignorant people will mistake it as “less service”, when really they will help you in any way you need. Lee’s Noodle House is about peace and comfort. You can forget the world with your face in your bowl of pho. You can enjoy your private conversation or just some peace and quiet without a waiter always asking you questions or rushing you. They don’t try too hard, they just cook some of the best food you’ll ever eat. Portion sizes are huge, at Lee’s you will regularly get 1.5-2 meals for the price of one, and a big drink that you can’t finish in one sitting, for a super reasonable price. Mr. Lee is so thoughtful and funny, and remembers little details about your order and how you like your food. Broth and cooking so good that condiments and sauces are not needed. The only problem you’ll have at Lee’s Noodle House is trying not to cry tears of joy when you have the first bite. Not to be dramatic but I hope they stay in business as long as I live. If they tried to shut down Lee’s Noodle House I’d probably lock myself to the door.

I
can honestly say this is one of the best Vietnamese restaurants I’ve ever been to.

Everything tastes incredibly fresh, authentic, and full of flavor. The pho broth is rich, deep, and comforting — you can tell it’s been simmered with care for hours. The banh mi is perfectly balanced with crispy bread, savory fillings, and just the right amount of crunch and freshness. Even the small details, like the herbs and sauces, feel thoughtfully prepared.

The portions are generous, the presentation is beautiful, and the service is warm and welcoming. You don’t just eat here — you experience real Vietnamese cooking done right.

If you love Vietnamese food (or want to discover what amazing Vietnamese food should taste like), this place is an absolute must. Easily best of the best.

The food here is very good and I have been coming here for years. I haven’t been in a while but went there today for lunch. The food is fresh and well seasoned. Don’t go for the service go for the food. Lee’s does have several regulars where they are first name basis with the owners.

I recently visited Lee’s Noodle House and, unfortunately, I can’t recommend it based on my experience. While the food itself was okay, the overall cleanliness and service left a lot to be desired.
The restaurant was visibly dirty. The walls had splatters of what looked like old condiments, and the bottles on the tables were crusted with dried sauce and grime. It gave the entire place a neglected feel that made it hard to enjoy the meal.
What really concerned me was the way my iced coffee was served. It was poured from a reused single-use water bottle that had clearly been sitting in the fridge. The owner, who served it, had extremely long and dirty fingernails and handed me the glass by grabbing the rim with his fingers. That alone made me uncomfortable, but the lack of basic hygiene was even more troubling.
When it came time to pay, I had to stand at the counter while the owner ignored me and scrolled through his phone for a couple of minutes before even acknowledging me. The interaction felt dismissive and rude.
Based on the condition of the restaurant and the handling of food and drinks, I sincerely hope the health department pays this place a visit. Cleanliness and basic food safety standards should be a given in any restaurant, and unfortunately, that just wasn’t the case here.

We Could Eat Here Everyday
We discovered Lee’s while staying at a nearby hotel. It was love at first bite!
The authentic Vietnamese restaurant is outstanding. The menu offers Pho, noodles, Banh Mi, stir fry, fried rice, and chow mein, all available in seafood, beef, pork, or chicken. There are also vegan and kids menus.
Lee and his wife are lovely hosts, making everyone welcome. Lee’s sense of humor is contagious. We enjoyed lively conversation and his attentive service.
We dearly loved the shrimp chow mein, shrimp/squid noodle soup, Vietnamese spring rolls with shrimp and pork, and steamed pot stickers. All were fantastic, but warning – servings are enormous. We had too much food to finish. Also, Lee’s does not serve alcohol but has a wide variety of beverages on hand.
Try them when in the area; you’ll be glad you did.

The Pho will heal whatever ails you, it is so good! We ordered a lot of food because it was so hard to decide, and there wasn’t much left. Egg rolls, fried rice, fried pork, Bahn mi, and fresh mango smoothie. The service was wonderful and so friendly.

Basic, easy to read menu that provides lots of flavor.

Parking can be tight but there are spots available in the square.

One restroom available through the side of the kitchen.

Wanted to try a local spot and support this family after seeing them on the news.

I was visiting from Canada.. this a such an amazing restaurant.. the owners and their children immediately make you feel like family. The restaurant was fully packed and yet we did not have to wait long at all for our food.. the portions are large which is great for what you pay. It was an absolute pleasure to stop for lunch.. I will absolutely recommend the restaurant for those looking for a great place dine.. if I could give 10 ⭐️ I most definitely would.. thank you Lee family for making me feel at home.. god bless
