A great place to try out Taiwanese food. I’m not Taiwanese so I can’t comment on the authenticity, but I can say that the food is good. I’ve visited Taiwan and I can say that the stinky tofu here is a good representation! If you want to try it, embrace yourself for the smell, but also awesome flavors. My favorites were the fried rice. The pork chops were good and complimented well by the sour bamboo shoots shreds. The oyster eggs is a new experience for me. It has nice chunks of oysters and goes well with the sweet red sauce. The assorted meat noodle is just okay, not a standout. I’m interested in coming back to explore the other items on the menu.

Delicious and cheap, though admittedly my standards aren’t the highest. Currently take out only. They also only take cash. Got the minced pork rice and was pleasantly surprised that I got a fair amount of cabbage and it wasn’t just some rice and meat. Probably not the healthiest regardless and salty as expected but I enjoyed it.

It’s my regular place to visit when I miss hometown food, which has delicious meal and free hot tea. However it’s cash only. Now it is takeout only due to covid but still delicious!

The owner has been there for almost 40 years. That’s amazing! And what’s even more amazing is that he still remembers me after 20 years of not being there. If you are really into authentic Taiwanese food, then I suggest ordering stinky tofu. There are not many places that still make them. But if you are not adventurous enough, then please don’t bother to push yourself; stinky tofu is not for you! It’s an acquired taste meant to be enjoyed by people who can appreciate its sophistication of flavors.

Best and oldest Taiwanese food in SGV. Fast and convenient. Very delicious home cooked feel. Most popular dishes are their daily combos where the side dishes changes every day. You get a big portion for what you pay for.

Authentic Taiwanese food. Very good but low rating because this place is not clean. The cashier handle money and package food at the same time. After handle money, you should wash hands. Right now with Covid-19 they should take extra precaution.

Have eaten here for probably 30 years great home cooking Taiwanese style now they have raised the prices a bit and since it still take out only they don’t include the usual soap with their 3 dishes and rice combos while the other places in town do give soap lol and their portions are smaller than others
