After a big fat local pizza dinner the best end to the day was getting a Coffee Lover’s waffle bowl to enjoy on my long ride home! This store was BUSY but it was very well staffed and I got my ice cream ASAP. I apologize I didn’t get a photo of my delicious ice cream, I was too busy devouring it!

Tonight I placed an order for pick up and upon arrival I discovered that the order was missing a mix in. When I asked if the error could be fixed the young lady informed me that she would need to charge me extra for the mix in that was not originally included. When I mentioned to her that I did not bring my wallet her only response was sorry and she sent me home to retrieve my wallet. When I returned to the restaurant I informed her that I no longer wanted the order and requested a refund. She proceeded to tell me that she didn’t know how to do a refund and that no one on site knew how either. Through more discussion, I learned that there is never a manager on site and that she only works remotely and would refund me “when she got around to it”. At that point I requested a contact number for a manager and politely asked the young girl helping me what her name was. The young associate behind the counter asked if she had to give me her name and I said no but that I would appreciate it if she did. She declined and I went on my way.
This was my first experience with this location and unfortunately it will be my last. Handles is right around the corner where the prices are much better and the customer service is always stellar.

I understand why they have so many 1 reviews. 2 costumers in front. 45 min to get a milkshake for my husband. I didn’t get anything. I don’t understand why this place has no help.The extra help in the back counting the product. I just don’t get it. That’s all.

This place is gross…dark, very few selections of ice cream, and no gloves worn to fix ice cream. I asked is this privately owned and she confirmed it was. I have never been to a such a coldstone.

Got a shake nothing but a cup full of milk super watered or should I say milked down didnt even get the oreos I asked for . The place is run down doesn’t look sanitary overpriced $10 for the small size. Don’t recommend this spot should have gone to handles or another spot down the street.

When we first got there, the employees were no where to be seen but eventually a girl came out and said she would be with us in just a moment. We waited about 10 minutes for the worker to come out and help us and she never did. So we left and went up to Handel’s. They helped us right away and the ice cream was delicious.

Love Cold Stone and been going to them for years all over the country. Usually a slam dunk when looking for a favorite.
Not this one, ice cream was icy and lacked flavor. Employee had headphones in the whole time and didn’t do the order correctly. Should’ve gone with one of the local places nearby.

Loved the service tonight. Asked if they could describe the Lucky Charms flavor to me and they said “it’s like the cereal”. So informative and helpful, thank you 🙂 I’ll be back the next time I want a statement of the obvious.
** side note: grateful they let us in because they closed right after we walked in which was still 30 minutes early. I’ve read the reviews and I’m starting to think these guys are just lazy lol.

Walked into store and two employees stood behind counter talking to each other…..we stood in front of ice cream for at least a full minute and still NEITHER of them could be bothered to stop their conversation and acknowledge we were there! No greeting, no eye contact….nothing.
We decided to go to the frozen yogurt store down the street instead. As we were walking out one of them did manage to say ‘have a nice day.’ Unbelievable.
