Veggie fried rice is not good however, the lo- mein is .
They gave us more noodles since we didn’t like the fried rice.
Thai tea is also ok
Staff can come off as rude but they are not. Its a cultural thing.
Only a portion of the restaurant is used for dine-in, which is unfortunate since its a real nice place.
Overall a spot to try.
We had shrimp kung pao
Fried rice and Malaysian fried rice.
The default fried rice is good but the Malaysian wasn’t there was salt in it.
We also had the Malaysian roti here it was amazing!!
They have all food served in a to go box and the seating is huge.
1. Yes, you order at the counter and pay immediately.
2. Food does come out in takeout and paper plates are provided if you dine in.
3. You bus your own table.
But none of that matters because the food is so good. My kid wanted orange chicken with noodles instead of rice. No problem. I paid $5 extra for the noodles and worth it! I wanted something akin to drunken noodles and the lovely woman checking us out helped me order and I added broccoli. I ordered tofu as my protein and WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED. The tofu was seasoned, crispy, and generous.
Overall in an obscure strip mall but worth it. Ill go again when in Pigeon Forge.
PS: Beef Rendang and Kuey Teow is the BOMB!
The are serving good food but hotel is hidden in a hard to find area. I think they should move the restaurant to another place to give it more visibility.
On the day we visited they were only doing take out, we were allowed to sit inside and eat out of the box. No plates, but plastic forks were provided. No water, but could purchase bottled water. That was somewhat inconvenient. The waitress was helpful.
