I received quick service and I was happy with the price of my meal. I got the #2 (wing and thigh meal). It was filling. Sometimes I would have to wait for my food at KFC so this is an upgraded version that’s also local. If I need fried chicken, I would go back. It is a little dated inside with pictures of Fort Wayne from the 50s. I think its supposed to be nostalgic. I would stop by again

My first time there and my food,the service,the hospitality,the help,the personality,the smiles,this is my favorite chicken place ever!! Thank you guys so much for my amazing experience. Today was an amazing blessed day and you guys put that cherry on top and I had joys of smiles,mmmm noises lol,tears n yes I’m not joking tears,DAM GOOD JOB GUYS. THANK YOU THANK YOU BTW PICTURES DO NOT DO THIS FOOD JUSTICE AT ALL LOL.

They were so busy n so many people everyone was friendly n did incredible. Staff n managers were on top of it all n fast. The staff was so amazing n catered to our every need as well as the managers. This one is our fav to go to n we travel a good stance to go. We do not go to any other Lees at all. This location has an incredible staff n management. They r on point every time here so if your going somewhere else YOUR DOING IT WRONG LOL. You guys r incredible n deserve pay n then some . You guys r all such hard workers n yet so friendly under all the stress. Great job everyone

The food and service was excellent . I went inside and got my free drink from the app. I love The Komets ✨️ box dinner when you guys had it. 5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and the employees are really nice.

Legit my favorite fast food place to stop by for college. Good amount of food for the cost, especially for the price and current state of the economy rn. Workers are also great, especially Terry. Nicest service worker I’ve ever met.

I ordered a curbside order. After arriving I called the number on the sign. They brought my order promptly. I got home and was surprised at the serving size of the side’s i.e. mashed potatoes. I used the fork as a reference in the pictures below. We ordered three of the meals and all the mashed potatoes were the same amount, so it wasn’t a one off. The green beans were also lacking in serving size. I’m not sure if I’m just used to KFC, but if that is the case then Lee’s, you need to take notice. The taste of the mashed potatoes were even worse! Not pleased for spending over $35!!! Again, I’m not sure if I’m used to KFC, but they tasted like watered down instant mashed potatoes. Chicken was excellent, as were the biscuits. Avoid sides if you can or just order from KFC.

I used the app to order ahead. When I arrived I called as the signage says to do, to let them know I arrived. 20 minutes later I went inside the restaurant as I had nit received my good yet and others had come and gone. When I asked the young man at the register about my order he looked at an open box on the countet behind him and a ticket and said it would be ready shortly. I asked shoukd I stay in the lobby ir go back to my vehicle. He said he woukd bring it to me in my vehicle. I did not get my food until 7:30 pm. You can see on my receipt it was placed at 6:45. I drove straight home. Everything was cold and the chicken was soggy.
If youre going to use an app for pre-orders and pick ups make it work like its supposed to. I could’ve waited in the drive thru in less time. Very disappointed.

This place has officially made me sick for the last time. I’ve now gotten food poisoning from Lee’s Chicken twice. The first time I gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe it was something else. But after eating here again and being sick for more than a full day, there’s no question, this place is the cause.
It’s absolutely unacceptable for a restaurant to serve food that makes people this sick. Being wiped out and miserable for over 24 hours because of a meal is beyond frustrating. Clearly, food safety is not being taken seriously here. I won’t ever be back, and I strongly warn anyone thinking about eating here to reconsider.

Don’t forget to check every single item in your bag. Had to turn around twice because god forbid anyone checks the bag before handing it off. They forgot the extra sauce I paid for, the drinks and the biscuits and had the nerve to act rude when I politely went back TWICE with receipt to get my items. Not to mention $50 for two meals (without drinks), 2 kids meals and an order of fried pickles. Crazy. I would not have left this review had it not been for the attitude from young man at drive thru. I was genuinely kind after dealing with two screaming toddlers waiting for their kids meals, as if it wasn’t his incompetent self who forgot my stuff in the first place. Get a job in distribution and not customer service if you’re going to not even SPEAK or LOOK AT THE CUSTOMER when handing the food YOU forgot. Yes I had time today.

Wife brought home 8 piece meal and gizzards ($39.94) gizzards were dry but eatable. I tried a thigh and a wing wife had a breast ,all was undercooked meat was pink around the bones and had blood in the veins and so was not eaten. Hope picture shows this well enough.
