this was my first visit and I’ve always been told the chicken is pretty good. They were certainly right about the good tasting chicken. I have mostly gone to KFC but this definitely ranks up there when it comes to flavorful chicken. I ordered the original recipe but they also have a spicy version. The service was excellent and quick.

Went inside to place a takeout order asked for it to be made fresh. The cashier was rude along with the female employee. Waited approximately 15-20 minutes for the fresh chicken and livers, just to get home and it was cold, hard, and dry. They wouldn’t answer the phone. Went back to the store to fix the order and the female employee & cook were rude calling us liars. The cook was threatening to do physical harm in the back parking lot to my husband. The on duty manager didn’t say anything to his rude employees and let the cook continue. Don’t go to this Lee’s. You’ll get disgusting food and rude service, possibly threatened if you ask for a refund or to make your order correct. I have this whole encounter on video! They were calling the cook Joe.

Stopped to pick up dinner today got the 3 piece with 2 side and a biscuit. I’m extremely disappointed. The chicken they have given me looks sick and decrepit. No meat just bone and burnt crush. I have a Picture of this disappointed. A leg thigh and wing when it was to be a breast thigh and wing the size of all three is the size of 1 normal drum stick. This is a disgusting.

The food was awful. The spicy wings were nothing but breading. I asked for fresh gizzards because they need to be fresh to be good. They were not fresh, and yes, I checked them before I left. I’m addition, they need to clean up the outside around that nasty building. I only went because of my husband. I don’t think I’ll ever go back. Not to that one anyways.

Went for a Chicken Pot Pie( purchased 2). I’ve had this from different locations.. and Normally Enjoy them. Got home, started eating mine only to find Breaded Chicken in it. Thought it was a mistake until it was Throughout the pie. Called the store in regards to this, to see if it was a mistake. Spoke to Misty the Manager that’s been there since 1994, stil not sure of the Relevance of being told this. Pot pies haven’t been and item that they served for 30+ years. She advised me that it was Chicken Tenders… my response was, it doesn’t advice that there would be Breaded Chicken in it.. her response it doesn’t say that there wouldn’t be. Asked for Corporate phone number.. called and left message, still no reply. My daughter went to the regular one that we go to, and Verified with the employee if it would be regular or breaded. Their response… regular, they have never heard of chicken tenders being put in Chicken pot pie. The one with the tenders was Nasty.. if I wanted tenders, I’d order some. Overall the Experience and Comment from Misty the Manager that’s been there since 1994 set the bar for this location to Never get another copper Penny from me. And I would go regularly for their specials.
