I knew this chain restaurant for years but never been to it because I thought they only have pancakes I was surprised the variety of food they offered in menu. We ordered Burrito Bowl, in wrap, and Omelette. The portion was huge for each dish. Good price comparing to other family owned brunch/breakfast restaurants. The young waitress was really friendly and nice to us. We had a very good time there.

Horrible customer service. Restaurant puts IHop to shame on their family friendly legacy name. Staff who don’t understand what service they applied for when taking on this job. If you would like a crash course on poor customer service and the DONT’s in this field if work please come and observe.

We came in around 8:30 am as a family to have a breakfast before we had back on the road since we were visiting the beautiful Washington state. Waited around 10 – 15 mins to be seated. Then we were sat and we ordered coffee for drinks. The mugs were dirty that we had to have them changed out. Coffee was so light in colour that one tiny cup of their half & half made our coffee look extremely milky. After a while we made our order, our server was very nice, friendly and listened attentively for our order, wrote down everything we said (or so it looked like). We got two chicken fajita omelettes (each came with 3 or 4 pancakes), one fresh blueberry french toast, one ricotta crepes, one chicken and veggie salad and one buttermilk chicken with mac & cheese. Asked for avocados for the omelettes but was told they didn’t have any so then for the chicken and veggies salad I asked for no mushrooms and to have crispy chicken because I can choose between crispy or grilled chicken, I didn’t expect the avocados to be there since we were told they didn’t have any. Waited over 30 mins for food to arrive. And waited almost an entire hour for the salad, while everyone in my family got their food and finished it I was still waiting for a salad… and even when it did arrive I got (raw?) mushrooms, avocados and not crispy, raw looking chickens. We asked why mine had avocados when my family was told they didn’t have any and the server said “because they’re not cooked yet.” Overall experience wasn’t what any of us expected or wanted and I’m glad we’re not local to be going there again anyway. Hopefully they’ll see all the bad reviews and work on their problems.

My only observation is that when the wait staff were clearing tables, the cart designated for dirty dishes was positioned outside the kitchen and by the dining area. The dishes and utensils were placed onto the tray with noticeable force, resulting in a loud clattering noise. This appeared to startle or inconvenience nearby patrons. I would recommend that the staff handle the items more gently to minimize noise and maintain a pleasant dining atmosphere.

Marie and her staff were wonderful! The lunch we got was very good and top notch service!
We also saw Marie help an elderly patron into the restaurant and go out of her way to make everyone feel welcome and well taken care of! I so recommend this place to other people! Thank you

Listen, just shut up and with your bad reviews, the clever critics. this is a proven place where simply hard workers will feed you a good breakfast. I feel more alive in this place than in any $$$$ restaurant that I can afford without any problem. I turn to have breakfast here with my wife whenever I’m in a good mood. forget the drive-trough at least once and come in for a minute. Hello everyone, already leaved same feedback on Yelp.

This is the best I-Hop I have experienced. The food was delicious. The serving time was prompt, and the waitress was delightful. I had the steak bites. They were sauteed in this tasty sauce. The Mac and Cheese was creamy, and the broccoli was steamed just right. The garlic toast was amazing. It couldn’t get any better. Definitely recommend.

Well sorry to say but my 10 year old daughter and myself were very disappointed. I haven’t been to an IHop a several years but wow things have declined. We waited 15 min before even being approached by a server at the table,then placing our drink and food order all at once then waiting another 40 minutes for food. At wich time when it arrived my pancakes were so cold you couldn’t even melt the butter as was everything else on my plate and having ordered eggs over easy I got scrambled. My daughter had crepes that we asked for blueberry and got blueberry filled with strawberry topping. Not what we ordered. We didn’t enjoy the very generic and bland food, so the after pictures show what we didn’t want. The whole restaurant is in very poor condition that photos will show and I can only wonder what the back of the house kitchen looks like. I still tipped our waitress 18% because she was so overwhelmed and allot wasn’t her fault. I will never return. This spoiled what I thought would be a great breakfast with my daughter.⁸
