I tried this place before and did not like it but I gave them a second chance. Bad idea the chicken was dry the cole slaw was very nasty. The Pepsi was not any good. The potatoes was ok the biscuits was hard. I definitely will not go back. The radcliff location is way better dont know why . But the chicken always taste fresh and juicy . The cole slaw is usually good and biscuits are always great. Pepsi is better there as well. The place was kind of dirty and there was only about 3 people there including my family. The people was friendly but for some reason the food was just not good. Sorry because I love lees they have the best chicken but this location for some reason just does not have good food.

My husband and I went to the drive thru on Christmas Eve, about 10 minutes before closing. Our order was wrong and by the time we went back to the drive thru,they were closed, but the lady that waited on us so nice about it and got us the right order. I know they wanted to get out of there and go home for Christmas,but she so so nice about it!

Ordered two individual sides and a large . the macaroni salad was more of a mini and still charged regular price. the girl working drive thru had a fateful attitude and interrupted me after everything asking if that would be all. probably won’t be back

I got the five piece chicken strip, and they were massive pieces and so juicy and hot! Not dry at all. The mashed potatoes and gravy and the biscuit were all very hot and amazing!

Very nice people but my mother and I ordered the gizzard meal and they were so very hard you couldn’t even eat them. The restaurant appearance was also dirty. Place has went down since we’ve last visited.

Excellent quick stop for lunch. Stopped here on a family road trip. Biscuits were amazing, chicken was crispy with a great flavor. Kids got nuggets that were real white meat and perfectly crispy. Woman at the counter was friendly and checked on us and the kids to see how the meal tasted.

If you want to wait 15-20 mins minimum in line this is the place for you! Always surprised they are supposed to serve chicken; never any ready. Look out if the computers break down; no one there can do simple math or take cash. Whole place has to shut down, which on average is once a day. Praying for a KFC to take this place over ASAP.

I always grab a biscuit outta the bag to eat on my way home. You could have broke my windows out with these biscuits. Called and complained so they didn’t serve any more hard biscuits to the next customer. Get home and my whole order was wrong. Should have returned every bit of it but I was already 30 miles away. You got me Lees. Not again.
UPDATE:: Today I went and picked up another order to make up for the messed up order. Didnt look cause it was a remade order. You can guess what happened. Wrong again. No gravy at all. Never ever again. I swear this time..lol

The food was delicious.
The atmosphere was great, the music was old country music which my kids love.
The sweet southern lady Brenda at the counter was so nice and sweet. She checked on us multiple times during our visit.

When I got home, the chicken and livers were very hot and delicious . Their biscuits were soft and still very warm. Their coleslaw, mashed potatoes with gravy, is still awesome tasting. It was drive-thru service, so there was very little interaction with the cashier.
