I stopped in on Sunday afternoon after a class at the Ridgedale Library and was easily seated at the bar and helped by Dominique. Both she and Jamie, the chef, welcomed me as soon as I came in the door.
Dominque explained the menu and I loved the build your own board option. You even get to pick your spreads and accompaniments ensuring you like every single bite.
I did a Mini Board of prosciutto, pork salami, Brie, manchego, bacon habanero jam, strawberries, chocolate covered pretzels, wheat and everything bagel crackers. It was perfectly portioned with enough crackers to go with the meat and cheese and enough jam.
Nice selection of wines (white, red, sparkling, and a rose) to complement your choices and a variety of cocktails. They have several NA cocktails, a cider, High Noon, and beers too.
Service was friendly, attentive, and helpful.
I look forward to returning and trying additional build my own board options.
But our service wasn’t spectacular. We waited 20 minutes for drinks, and we had to ask for water, napkins and plates. One of the drinks was made incorrectly, but they brought a replacement. Music was a bit loud for easy talking. Food was really good and charcuterie was really well plated. We did a mini and one large build-your-own board. Cocktails are certainly Insta-worthy – gorgeous!
Overall, drinks are a little pricey, but good value for the total price. Would suggest having a form that allows people to circle what they want for the build-your-own board, turn down the music, be more attentive. I’d also add some side salads to the menu, like an Italian chopped, Greek or Caesar just to break up the heavy meat/cheese meal.
We recently celebrated my BFF’s birthday at The Charcuterie Bar, and from start to finish, the experience was absolute excellence! We give it a full five stars without hesitation. The atmosphere was perfect—chic, cozy, and ideal for any special occasion.
A massive thank you and shout-out to the owner, Angel Rogers. She truly went above and beyond to make the night memorable. Chef Carnail was brilliantly knowledgeable about all the offerings, incredibly attentive, and ensured every detail of our celebration was perfect. Her entire staff’s professionalism and genuinely fun attitude made the whole day flow seamlessly.
The charcuterie spread itself was a work of art, featuring high-quality ingredients and a beautiful presentation. If you’re looking for an amazing culinary experience and world-class service, this is the place to be. We will absolutely be back!
After my time there, I would suggest to the restaurant to provide dry erase markers to mark what one wants to order from the menu or a separate card that guests can write on. With the many different lists of options, it was kind of hard to remember what I wanted being the menu having a lot of options to choose from every list. Therefore, by the time it was time to order, I had to rescan every list.
I had the classic board, their Non-alcoholic Ginger Pear Perfection, Organic Jamaican Hibiscus, Pomegranate Nojito, and Freshly Squeezed Lemonade drinks.
Everything Fresh and tasty!
