Took 15 mins to order my food! After ordering my food I waiting another 10-15 min to get my food! The gizzards were burnt! Asked how long to make a fresh pan the lady(manager) got rude an said 30 mins! I then asked for my money back a she got snotty again!!!! Lees needs to do better.

Very inconsistent with food quality. Restaurant is frequently dirty, with the tea and/or drink machine leaking fairly large puddles. The biscuits were dark brown, hard, dry and inedible. The mac and cheese had hard noodles mixed in with way over cooked ones. The chicken tenders were semi edible. Half of them were too dry, the rest were actually good. The green beans were a mix of old and new. Just appeared to have been food left under a warmer too long. Manager states that their policy was to remove anything unsold after 4 hours under the warmer. FOUR hours?? She was very kind and offered to replace the meal. We opted to pass and find dinner elsewhere.

I don’t know if all locations of Lee’s do this but this location had additional fees on my receipt. I will not be visiting here anymore. There were also young children playing and be loud. They belonged to one of the cooks. Guess no daycare available.

Disrespectful and rude ! They messed my order up, and it has happened so many times. I called this time because there is no way id even eat this food, an I think the managers name was Tracy idk because as I was still talking she hung up the phone on me. Very very nasty people!

I pulled to the speaker to order . The lady waited until the truck in front of me pulled off . Then took my order . After pulling to the window fifteen minutes later I was told it would be seven minutes on spicy strips. I’m currently still sitting and waiting . They’re not setting any records here I hope the food is worth the wait . Smarter people are pulling off I have seen three while waiting . I will never stop at another Lee’s They’re horrible at customer service and really should close and make way for the new and improved restaurants

Great service even though I was overcharged, one of my sides was missing & I was given burnt mashed potatoes UNTIL the manager Jodi got involved. If your manager can’t handle complaints without escalating them into arguments with the customer that person should not be managing. Everyone I spoke to about my complaint was nice except her. She denied, blamed & argued the entire conversation. I wasn’t even frustrated when I drove back for my refund but I left ANGRY after dealing with Jodi’s lack of professionalism & her horrible attitude. I will be reaching out to corporate since no one at your store will give me information for Jodi’s higher up.
