I absolutely adore coming to this Leeann Chinn. The guy who works the front full time, Samuel, is incredible. You can tell he likes his job and cares about what type of service he is providing even when it’s busy with a long line. The food is always good. Other fast food places there can be inconsistency with each visit on the quality of the food, but not here. I can always expect quality food and service. One time I ordered a lot for me and my friends and they were really busy and forgot to give me one of my bags of food. When I called about it they were extremely apologetic. When I went to pick it back up they had offered me some free portions of some things on the menu as well as 2 free entree coupons. I usually get the bourbon and Mongolian chicken and green beans. Don’t sleep on the green beans! I will be a customer here as long as I am living in this area.

I eat from here often, and most of the time i get a good product. I always order to pick up so its hard to really QC my stuff on the way out. But lately its been sub par. Lemon sauce was missing from my LChicken. No cutlery included in my order. And this last time the fortune cooking was all stale and gross.
These are pretty minor though. Overall the food is still good. Lets just make sure you’re serving a quality product please!

Food was really subpar for Leanne chin. Lot of it tasted pretty old.dining area was a mess and it wasn’t very busy. Paint is peeling off of the ceiling. One piece fell on our table.

Delicious food served fresh and hot. In a sunny well lit dining room. The customer service was spectacular all around very pleasant and will be back. I highly recommend the orange chicken and Asian noodles.

The employees at this location are really nice except for one. I think she is Hispanic or something like that. She has a very nasty attitude and doesn’t know how to handle a simple situation. I went in today to buy bourbon chicken and magnolia chicken and I asked for a full side serving and she had insisted that I get the plate. I said no because I didn’t wanted carbs.. Fast-ward, it was time pay, she rang me out and said that my total was $19 and change, i then said that’s was a lot for two sides of chicken and that I have gotta the same exact order for way less (9.43) she then started shouting and said “ I told you to get the plate” and started being very arrogant when I asked her for the plate instead because there was no way I was going to pay that much for some couple of chicken. She then went and aggressively thrown back the chicken and started to “school” me. Instead of her just telling me that the other person who served me last time probably made a mistake and kept it like that. I think she acted like that because I was black because I saw the way how she interacted with the white in front of me. She should have handled the situation differently. But the way she did, made me feel like I’m not welcomed. The food is not good for her to be treating the little customers you guys have like that.

Really disappointed. This location needs to have its kitchen inspected, I’ve been to Leeann chin many times and it’s never tasted like this. Everything is extremely dry, noodles are soggy. It tastes like everything has sat and been overcooked again and again. Extremely upset I wasted money on this place.

Best experience I’ve had in a Leanne Chin in many years. Very clean establishment and both employees were so kind and professional. It’s been a while since I’ve been impressed with a Leeann Chin. In fact they’ve been extremely disappointing. The one at the quarry and at knollwood have been the worst experiences I’ve ever had.

My daughter took me here for lunch. The place is very clean and the staff is attentive. The food is okay. We had a nice lunch in my grandson made a mess on the floor. Which we cleaned up.
