Food is pretty decent. They recently had a staff change, so it’s better. Staff is very attentive. A bit too eager, but if they had more patrons it wouldn’t be an issue. The restaurant is clean and decor is nice. They need to advertize!

Horrible experience and I would not recommend this restaurant. I was in Elgin on business and called in an order. I ordered seafood soup and egg rolls. I was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. I went to pick my order up and there was just one couple (customers) there. I paid for my order, and waited, and waited and waited. Exactly 17 minutes passed and I still did not have my food. There were several workers there, and I asked what was the problem. I was told “well the owner is in the hospital” ????? I asked what that had to do with the poor service and the employee just shrugged his shoulders. FINALLY,20 minutes after arriving I received my order. When I opened the seafood soup, all that was in it was some sort of broth ,chives and a nasty looking egg white. No seafood….I was unable to eat the “soup” after tasting it. Poor service, horrible food and workers who don’t seem to know what to do when the owner is absenr. Giving this restaurant one star is generous.

Very clean and modern atmosphere. The food was light and fresh to the taste, not oily or heavy like some. Friendly staff and great service. Highly recommended. Will be back for sure!

Exactly what I like taste wise. When I moved here, I was amazed at all the great food joints but have been griping about how there really is not a good Chinese restaurant. I finally found one. I had an eel roll, a rainbow roll. We also got lomein and the wonton dish with with mixed meat and shrimp. All outstanding

Eat here! If you don’t want bbq while in Elgin…This is a great place for a small town! We’ve eaten here several times and it has been consistently great! The Sushi(the Texas and San Antonio Rolls so far) is great as well as their traditional(sesame chicken, kung pow) dishes, fried rice and appetizers! A few of my favorites are the Corn Nuggets, Coconut Shrimp and Egg Drop Soup…We haven’t enjoyed their bar yet but I’m sure it won’t let us down! Don’t pass this one by!

My wife and I were honestly a little hesitant to visit this restaurant/sushi bar however, the only disappointment was that we didn’t go SOONER! The sushi variety is amazing and the quality of service is only outmatched by the food itself. I would highly recommend this place to any fans of sushi or anyone wanting to try sushi for the first time. Lee Gardens does not disappoint.

The food is good but… They mess up the order often & I also found a bug. They make it seem like its your fault the order is messed up… Not going back!

This place is awesome, it has a wonderful interior, the staff is very welcoming and nice and the food is incredible. I recommend the caterpillar roll and the eggrolls themselves are the bomb.
