I ordered two calzones, one chicken & one buffalo for myself & a work buddy. We split the calzones in half so we could taste each flavor. Both calzones were excellent! Very flavorful, with no thing overpowering anything else. I would call it a balanced flavor. The sauce was just right & just enough, same with the chicken, the cheese, the crust – everything was balanced and proportional. This tells me that Ledo knows how to cook and this shows in the care, expertise and skill demonstrated in preparing these calzones. I have had their pizzas before and they are equally wonderful. The staff is wonderful as well. I am always greeted as if I were a friend, or a neighbor. The staff is professional, courteous, honestly friendly and attentive. I recommend the Eldersburg Ledo’s without reservation.

Ordered for carryout 2 calzones, one chicken and one meat lovers, 2 salads and a 20 pc chicken tender. What I got was two meat lovers calzones, the Athena salad was missing the feta cheese, so I called and spoke to the manager. Talked about the missing feta and he said you only get feta if you order the gyro meat. Please read your own menu it does not say that. I also said about the NO chicken calzone. I really didn’t think that he gave a crap . His attitude was very condescending and kept interrupting me while I was trying to talk. So I asked what can we do here since I spent almost $ 75.00 and my order was halfway correct. His response was well what do you want , what do you suggest. I am not that guy that tries to get something for nothing. So I made it clear I will never go to this Ledos again. No wonder the parking lot is always empty

I just love Ledo pizza. Had my first taste of Ledo pizza in 1979 at the original Langley Park location. I married the guy who brought me there, for just that reason.

We really like their veggie pizza and vegetable calzones. And the calzones are discounted on Tuesdays. We’ve been going to Ledo’s since their original place in College Park and never had a problem. I usually add to the veggie pizza black olives, tomatoes, and pineapple. Very good.

They have several dishes that we crave for every now and then, like spaghetti, pizza, wings, and the salad. Takeout orders have always been accurate, on-time, and delicious. Dining in the restaurant is laid back and casual. However, the service has normally not been very attentive.

My Ledo Pizza Eldersburg Review, the good the bad and the summary.
The Good,
We went into Ledo Pizza for lunch one afternoon and ordered a taco salad, a pepperoni and mushroom pizza and a steak & cheese sub. The pizza had a very unique sauce like no other pizza establishment and smelled absolutely delicious. The taco salad was huge but was mostly lettuce and had no tortilla chips or black beans on it like most taco salads. The steak and cheese sub was absolutely delicious with an amble amount of contents and the bread was toasted and had a slight crunch when you took a bite.
The Bad
We asked for the pizza to be well done but it was still too doughy for our liking, but this is a personal preference. The taco salad was huge but it did not have enough ground beef or cheddar cheese, it only had 4 cheery tomatoes and lacked other toppings commonly found on taco salads and taco sauce was not available as is the case with other taco salads that I have ordered.
The Summary
The establishment was very clean and tidy and the owner was extremely pleasant and provided excellent service. I really enjoyed how peaceful the environment was and added positively to the dining experience. Although i was not impressed with the taco salad, the pizza was very good although not cooked enough for my personal preferences, but the steak and cheese sub was exceptional for the price ($9.99). They have many other items on the menu that I would like to try so I will be going back in the future and I recommend that you give them a try.

I love getting pick up orders from this Ledo in particular. The reason being that you just walk in and grab your food, say thank you, and then leave. In other Ledo stores the hold it in the back or behind the counter instead causing you to need to wait in line. My only concern (and the soul reason for 4 star service) is that there is a not zero chance that if someone just takes my pizza claiming to be me they would be able to do that fairly easily.
