The restauranteur Wellington Brito strikes again. He chose Bergen County to launch his new brand Leblon Steak. After the huge success of the co-founded prestigious Flames Brazilian Steakhouse in Belmar, NJ, Wellington decided that it was time to expand.

Had a great time at leblon tonight. Service was friendly and attentive. The cuts of meat were vert moist and delicious. The lamb and beef rib were incredible. The salad bar has a lot of variety of prepared foods like carpaccio, cooked veggies and salmon. It was all very good. The drinks were balanced and properly made and the desserts were very good. Only complaint is the filet mignon without bacon didnt come around until we asked our server but he made sure it came out for us. Our server Gio was great and remembered to put candles in my parents desserts for their birthdays and the staff sang for them it was very nice. Very good example of a rodizio grill as ive been to quite a few over the years. The selection at the salad bar here was rather unique and so was having both beef rib and lamb available. Would definitely go back

We usually do takeout from Leblon Steak Brazilian Steakhouse, but recently we had the opportunity to dine in as a group, and it was such a great experience! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was perfect for a fun night out.
The salad bar was impressive, with so many fresh and flavorful options to choose from. Everything was well stocked and beautifully presented. The meats were cooked perfectly and packed with flavor. The drinks and desserts were just as good and the perfect way to finish off the meal.
It was a very busy night, so a couple of times we were missed when the meats were making their rounds. However, the manager made sure the servers doubled back, which we really appreciated.
Overall, we had a wonderful time and are looking forward to coming back again soon!

This was our first time visiting this restaurant and the food was really good, service was amazing, and the atmosphere was perfect! We were really surprised by how delicious their shrimp was but the star of the night was the picanha!! Gio, our server, was really welcoming and continually checked in on us! The restaurant was set up like a traditional brazilian steakhouse with a salad bar and a rotation of servers coming by with the wide variety of meats. However, this restaurant’s service was by far one of the fastest ones we’ve seen! The servers were really attentive and engaging, continuously coming by to offer us meats and also making small conversation! We really enjoyed our time here and would come back again with our other friends and family!

Had a great experience at Leblon. The food was quite good and the staff all very friendly.
Overall it felt pretty authentic and I’ll go there again.
They also have special lunch pricing ($30) which is a heck of a deal for what you are getting.
Pro tip, if they have lobster raviolis out, scoop some of that delicious bisque like sauce to dip your steak bites into!

I was finally able to check out Leblon’s yesterday since I’ve been wanting to go for a little while. They have all day happy hour on Sundays in the bar area and I wanted to take advantage of it and try a little bit of everything. The service, food, drinks and atmosphere was excellent. Javier was bartending and he gave us excellent service and the drinks he made were probably the best I’ve had in a long time. Definitely will be back and will tell my friends about the experience. Already planning the next visit.

I don’t recommend this restaurant. I was not impressed, from the meat dishes to the side dishes. The meat was especially disappointing. It was supposed to be tender and flavorful, but it was neither. Especially, I wouldn’t call it filet mignon at all—it was dry, overcooked, and completely tasteless. For the price, I expected much better quality and preparation.

Well walking into those big beautiful doors and then being greeted with such an elegant atmosphere was amazing. My host was handsome and dressed well. I went twice because I was not able to just experience this once. The bathroom and art decor takes you to another world and I had the phenomenal pleasure of being waited on by Briana, Santiago and gio who catered to my every need and even if some of them had their own guest to attend to they still as a team came by to make sure everything was always brilliant for me. They were up beat and sweet and inviting and made the cool whip topping on a very delicious hot cup of Coco. This place is truly where all the interesting and beautiful people are. The food was delicious and I really had such a magnificent time and will be going again and again. It was not even as expensive as I thought it wood be. So hurry , run, sprint and get there before their prices match their service but I’d pay anyway for another experience at such a wonderful place!!!!

Went to check it out with my husband as a last minute Anniversary Dinner. It is clean, seating is comfortable, staff is attentive and friendly and the food is delicious. The rotation of meats come in perfect intervals. My favorite was the garlic crusted sirloin. Amazing flavor. I also very much enjoyed the cinnamon pineapple. I took a slice of the honey and cheese and ate it together in one bite and it felt like the perfect way to end the meal. Our drinks looked beautiful and our server Brianna was polite and friendly explaining the way everything works to us (our first experience). 100% *WILL* return to enjoy the food again.

From the moment you pull up in front of Leblon Brazilian Steakhouse, it gives off a warm, welcoming vibe. As soon as we walked in, everyone was pleasant, friendly, and easy to talk to. Our waitress, Brianna, went above and beyond—she constantly checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and that our table was perfectly taken care of.
The cooks did a phenomenal job. They came often with fresh cuts of meat that were cooked to perfection. Everything was flavorful, tender, and delicious. And the pineapple—absolutely amazing! Sweet, juicy, and the perfect finishing touch to an outstanding meal.
Leblon truly delivers a memorable dining experience. We can’t wait to come back!

We went for valentine’s day and it was a big disappointment.
Most of the meat was not tender but overcooked or very dry, even the filet mignon was very tough and not tender at all (If the server would have not confirmed it actual was filet mignon, I would have said its another, less tender piece of meat)
Also the quality of the food offered at the “market table” (buffet) was not very good , flavor was missing.
For example, the offered type of serrano ham / air dried ham was confusing, it was clear to see that the cut pieces are not from the piece of ham which was presented, the sliced pieces looked like from a regular ham and it should look like they are cut from the big piece of ham which clearly was not the case.
Also the atmosphere in general was more “cold” than inviting due to low decoration, it reminded me to a canteen instead a restaurant.
The price was 70$ for all meat plus all choice of the market table.
In other steakhouses, you might pay the same for only one specific piece of meat and maybe one choice of side , but the quality of the meat is in general much better than the meat offered here.
