I live in carteret and this is my first time ordering from here. I have to say 10/10 for everything. I had the vodka chicken pizza, pepperoni pizza and a chicken cutlet sub with Alfredo sauce and bacon and OMG did they deliver with flavor. Service on point very nice. Today I had a buffalo slice and a cheese steak with peppers and onions as shown in the picture below… The food is always hot, fresh, and tasty… The service is great whether you call or dine-in… They are friendly, attentive and quick to take care of the customer’s needs… The restaurant is not big, but they have two restrooms available which is great… The dining area is nice and clean with plenty of natural sunlight creating a cozy, welcoming environment… As for their cold subs, it’s made with nothing but the best (Boar’s head products) which makes them better compared to their competitors… My only suggestion is to have the option of fresh Italian bread (for the hot or cold subs) as well as fresh mozzarella (for the cold subs), it will take it up a notch or two other than that I have no complaints… I hope you continue to provide great service and good food for years to come…

I absolutely have to say something! My family and I have been dining at Leandro’s since they opened. The entire family and staff has always been very welcoming. The pizza has gone from good to great! I don’t know what they’ve done but it’s been such an improvement from when they started and they were already good to begin with. Usually when I go I always get Bella. Bella is always so cheerful, very sweet and truly holds to her name, simply Bella. Alex, the pizza guy always greets me as I walk in and makes sure to make my pizza just how I love! I don’t even need to tell him anymore. He just knows! Well, today, 1-18-24, my son and I are home w covid. I feel sick. I’m achy, hot/cold, sweaty and all the annoying things that come w covid but I still have my appetite. I decided to call Leandro’s and order a pizza for my son and I since I have no inclination to cook. I ordered a large pepperoni pie w an order garlic knots but to my surprise when I opened the bag I had a sweet little treat. It may look small but the thoughts and the words were extremely heartfelt ♥️ It really touched my heart. As I read it out loud I teared up. Thank you Bella for being such a beautiful, young woman. I know your parents must be very proud of you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your message made me feel so good inside I think that was the medicine I needed. This pizzeria never disappoints! The food is always amazing, and the staff is incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile. I highly recommend them! I ordered today and was really craving zeppoles, but they didn’t have any available that day. However, the wonderful lady on the phone went out of her way to make it happen for me anyway! That level of customer service is rare, and it truly made my day. Between the delicious food and the outstanding service, this place is an absolute gem. Excellent Margherita pizza. Better pizza crust than other pizzerias I’ve been to, but have to wonder how much is homemade vs. canned/processed. Hopefully the former. Anyway, so far so good. I have now ordered twice from here and each time my two boys ( 7 & 8 years old ) have enjoyed an entire pie to themselves… they just cannot get enough! Pizza is amazing. And if you have a slight vampire infestation..their garlic knots have you covered… they were incredible! Seriously. Hands down the best pizza around!!

I ordered from this place because I saw it was a new pizza place that opened up and I like to support new / local businesses. Jokes on me! I ordered off the “Slice” app at 9pm mind you their website says they close at 10pm and I wait 20 minutes for my order to be “not confirmed” but they were sure quick to take my payment. Needless to say I have no food, no refund, and their phone rings and rings and goes straight to voicemail. The only reason I will be going to this place or calling them again is to figure out how they are gonna give me my money back. What a shame. Poor business practice if you ask me.

I ordered from here on numerous occasions for delivery. About a week ago a driver came to my door the bill was about 32$ I gave him 40 he said how much do you want back. I’m like my change ? What do you think I want. Fast forward to today. I tried to make an order they blocked my number so I drove to them I said what’s the problem ? A female with a bull ring in her nose disgusting by the way she told me I was disrespectful to the driver. Lol why because I wouldn’t let him strong arm me for a tip ? SMH the food is not bad but customer service horrible I will not shop there again. Get better and respectful workers. I wouldn’t eat the just because of the nasty nose ring do better. If I was you I would shop elsewhere.
