Food is good but the issue I have is they do not tell the customer how long it will take to get their order. Constantly have to wait 15-25 mins for them to fry chicken.

Ordered 2 legs and a small fry. The fries was over salted and the chicken was salty. This is not the first time I’ve had this experience. Not sure if they changed cooks or prep cooks but it is a hit and miss of when you receive overly salted food.

This was my first and last visiting. Service was horrible. We ordered at 4:05 and didn’t receive our order until 4:40. The young man with glasses and hair tied up, told a lady don’t come back because she as soon as the chicken came up when went to the counter and asked for hers…they left her chicken out on her first visit so she had to come back for a second visit and sit and wait. Horrible customer service. He could have apologized and gave her chicken first. Many people came in after me and got their food first. One person had an 8pc, same thing I ordered and he walked out 5 or more mins before me. Too many people working to not be getting anything done in a timely manner in the inside. My chicken was very greasy and I didn’t get the right size order of rice. Got lemonade for my kids and it was disgusting. Never again.

Went in on a Saturday evening, and the guy behind the counter was nice enough to drop fresh chicken for me. I wasn’t expecting it, but I certainly appreciated it. Food was delicious, as always. Service was excellent!! Best fried chicken around!!

Chicken was great.. fresh and hot.. the onion rings however were cold and tasted like fried flour… like they had been battered multiple times and refried a few times. Ended up just throwing them in the trash. Okra was good. won’t be getting onion rings from there again but chicken was delish.. go there for just the chicken

We are very disappointed with the service and food of this establishment. We ordered a family pack of 24 pieces of chicken and a small order of onion rings. The chicken was soggy and slimy. It was not fried well, and very greasy. Furthermore, the customer service was terrible. They were very rude when we tried to explain to them the issues. As a first time costumer, we will not be returning. This place needs to do better !

If you want the best fried fish you’ve EVER eaten…I rate this place as the best…friendly service…the staff KNOW their tasks and are AWESOME at it…food is ALWAYS hot and the service is fast…the menu is SUPER easy to read…and best of all in MY opinion…. they’re food is ALWAYS PERFECTLY SEASONED…. I’ve had seafood recently from a popular local quick serve…way too salty…. couldn’t even finish it….so if your looking for a quick TASTY…FAIR PRICED meal..and aim to leave satisfied for what you paid…. Leader’s fried chicken is my recommendation….there are a couple of locations…just Google them and I’m sure you’ll find one near you…ENJOY
