The food was lovely. The owner was very helpful and great fun. We were tempted at the last minute to sample the Chantilly Cream. Im so pleased we did! You cant go to Chantilly and not have the iconic cream!.
We had beef tartar, blood sausage in the jar (which pair very well with cognac or whiskey on the very wet and cold day), and a couple of others.
All around the experience was so nice. The service was friendly and genuine, the food was delicious.
Good atmosphere. The staff were outstanding — friendly, very attentive, and fluent in English, which made the experience smooth and comfortable. You can really feel the passion in both the service and the food.
Highly recommend this place if you’re in the Chantilly or La Chapelle-en-Serval area and looking for authentic French cuisine done right. We’ll definitely come back.
