We visited Le Senso in Crans-Montana with good expectations, but unfortunately, the food didn’t quite meet them. The burgers were pretty average – lacking salt and spices, so the flavor felt flat. For a cheeseburger, fries, and a Coke, the total was 36 CHF, which felt overpriced for the quality. The atmosphere was a okay.
On the positive side, the service was friendly and attentive, which made the experience a bit better. Overall, not terrible, but definitely not worth the price.

Stopped for burger and drinks. Ordered cheeseburger with raclette – it was amazing! Nice selection of drinks, fun music, cozy atmosphere. Staff is helpful.

Frankly I feel like home. Service is impeccable the team is great and this is clearly superb leadership of the owner. The DJ is really cool and bring an excellent ambiance. Food is delicious burgers are juicy…. But also cocktail especially my favourite negroni…bravo !

After reading the menu and enjoying a beer in this restaurant I was very much looking forward to coming back here the following evening. However upon reading the owners replies to some of the more critical reviews we decided not to dine here as we were concerned about how we would be treated. A clear inability to take constructive criticism on board and instead respond with rude and passive aggressive comments.

Beyond basic burger – when you pay a premium for food, you expect to receive a premium meal – this was not that. On top of that you have to pay extra for fries and when they come, the portion is tiny! My partner ordered a salad which looked like it came directly out of a supermarket mixed salad bag my mind was well and truly blown by the lack of attention to detail and cost vs quality – will not visit again!

5* as very good atmosphere.. some absolutely brilliant 90s/2000’s music on a Saturday eve! Burgers were great after a day skiing, and lots of variety ie Foie Gras, Bone Marrow, Truffle burgers. The staff were very nice too, we sat downstairs as they couldn’t fit us in the main restaurant.
