The restaurant evokes a warm atmosphere as soon as you enter the door. It was a busy night but we were lucky to get a table for dinner. The young staff who served us (I think her name is Jade) is very friendly and efficient. She served the entire floor (12 tables at the time) seamlessly The food is also great. We had homemade fish soup, seafood platter, beef steak, and creme brulee. All were great meals and fairly priced. As a bonus, there is parking directly outside the restaurant, in front of the port. We’ll definitely visit again!

Definitely would recommend this place. Very good food. Not a vast menu to choose from which is nice.

The food was ok, particularly the mussels, but the staff weren’t nice. We felt they took advantage of us when we ordered dessert. There were three of us, and two asked for creme brulee, then the third member of our group said make that 3. The waitress brought out 3 and placed them in front of one person who passed one to each of the others. The waitress then returned with 2 more, and agressively insisted we’d asked for 2 plus 3! They weren’t freshly made as they were cold, but she got quite aggressive when we said she’d made a mistake. Maybe it was our lack of French but when we first arrived she said she spoke English. We’d been polite, and can’t think that we’d offended her in any way. But who orders 3 creme brulees for on person! All in all, not a pleasant experience, compounded by cigarette smoke drifting over us from other diners. It was the only place open when we arrived in Granville, but if your French is limited, I’d advised going elsewhere.

Great food. Very slow service, so if you want a quick one, that’s not the place.
The moulles were amazingly seasoned and in a big portion.
The creme brulee was just ok, nothing too impressive, same for the coffee. Nice location, but the street literally runs through the restaurant, so it’s annoying

Good food next to the port. The quality of the food is good, the variety of choices they offer is good as well, offering plently of seafood and fish options as well as some meat alternatives like the Entrecôte, which was tasty.
A bit expensive the wine-list and the service was not outstanding, we were seated 20min later than the scheduled time due to lack of coordiantion.

Really quick service as soup and prawns were already prepared. Mains of cod with leek sauce and grilled sardines were good. Would have been nice to have some potatoes. Desserts were excellent. Glad we chose menu du Jour.
Returned for 3rd visit, having been in October 2023, and Spring 2024. Same staff in place offering great service and good food. We were able to book a table in advance this time, and asked for first floor window view over port and across the bay to Jullouville. Glorious sunny day, so between the individual courses we could admire the view. Had the Chicken and Tarragon, and the Profiteroles for the first time. Both excellent. Washed down with a nice Sauvignon.

We had dinner at this restaurant and really enjoyed our meal. It was delicious. The offered a gluten free option for me which was a very yummy fish dish. The restaurant was clean and cosy. The service was excellent and the server was very helpful and knowledgeable. He knew what gluten was and made several suggestions which I really appreciated! We would visit here again!
