Food is as good as Le Relais de l’ entrecôte everywhere in the world. Standard quality! Beef was very tender with their specialty sauce.

Cant recommend this place. The meat was chewy. The staff were not attentive. Emad the manager made an effort. But it was a bit too late.

Disclaimer: I have not yet tried the one in Paris so therefore I cannot compare it.
It is located in a pretty open mall. We did not make a reservation and got a table immediately (at the same time, my cousin in Paris had to wait for half an hour for the same restaurant before they even opened), this of course made me very happy. The restaurant was decorated in a traditional french way and looked really pretty.
There is an extensive menu for alcohol if you’re interested. Appetizers are salad and bread with butter. I disliked the salad a lot as it had a strong taste of vinegar and honey mustard (which I usually love but the taste was too overpowering). However, the bread and butter was delightful. Probably one of the best butter I had in a while, it was creamy and a bit salty. The bread itself was also very soft and light.
As for the steak frites, it was delicious . The sauce was nice with a bit of peppery taste and the steak was cooked the right way as I had requested. The fries were also perfect, exactly like the type of fries you get in France. They give you a second serving on the steak and fries, so its a big portion! Service was also great and attentive.
Not quite sure if I would wait an hour or more for this when I’m in Paris again (since it’s not thaaat worth it) but it’s good to know that there are no lines here if you are ever in Egypt!
Definitely recommend to go here (if you had it before and don’t want to queue) or want to try good steak frites .

Just tried their signature steak and Im honestly blown away. The steak was cooked to perfection juicy, flavorful, and incredibly tender. And the salad was oh lalla, absolutely outstanding! One of the best I’ve had. The waitress was also incredibly polite and attentive

Service was not the best, ordered dessert and a drink; the drink never arrived and told them to cancel it. We had to ask twice about the drink and it was not served; each time they say they’ll check and nothing happens. Imagine finishing your whole dessert and the drink does not arrive or any apology/update meanwhile until we kept asking for it. Eventually the manager apologised, but no compensation was given. Moreover, Entrecôte Portions aren’t enough to make you feel full, after splitting a plate we got dessert as we were still hungry. When we wanted to order dessert after having lunch when we signaled the waiter, they assumed we wanted the check, which is disrespectful.
