What a great surprise!! The food was simply excellent with coherence of quality across the entire meal journey. This restaurant is a clear evidence that we do not need to visit a Michelin starred restaurant to enjoy quality food. We entered the place at 7:00pm and it was almost empty but in just one hour it ended up fully packed! Good wine list with some interesting bottles. Staff, nice and efficient even if a bit overwhelmed when the restaurant is full. That said you don’t notice this. If around in Metz give this restaurant a chance: you will not be disappointed. At least we were not!!

Relatively small place with about 10-12 tables. We had about 1.5 hours to get through lunch on Saturday. We were not only happy with the high quality exquisite food, but the timing worked out perfect as well. This was the first time at this restaurant, but it definitely won’t be the last!

Perfect night wife my wife!

The food was excellent: fish and the magre de canard. Both quality and quantity were impressive! We loved it.

The vibe of the place is also great, a bit chic and romantic.

Service was also very good.

High recommend it!

Creative cuisine in the center of Metz. The Chef developed a great concept of using local products for his meals. They have a list of main producers, where they buy ingredients and drinks. The menu consists of an interesting fusion of french and other cuisines. Everything was very original and delicious. We got complementary entrees and dessert. The service was also on point. Would love to come again ❤️

My new favorite place to eat lunch in Metz. The local organic Amber beer was great, for the starter we tried the Scallops with Spring rolls (A+++) for the entre we tried the free range chicken and the Salmon both were very good. Service was amazing and the place is very clean. I will come again and again

I was looking for a very nice dining place that would also feature regional cuisine of Lorraine and I found it. Very happy with my choice. Great food, great local wine.

Cosy place in center of Metz. The culinary style is pretty much ” nouvelle cuisine”, decorated plates, flavor on point, and a menu that make sense. Short and well executed. Not cheap, but the quality is there! The service is also very attentive, and present, yet not intrusive. A place to visit again, that we discover with friends that where there 1 year before! Well done!
