Food was decent. Some items came in little portions while others were a lot. The service was extremely low. Employees were busy just chatting around and didn’t care about the long line. From getting in line to checking out it took over 20 minutes while it wasn’t even that busy. Expected better!

I would suggest to only order in the restaurant. Online ordering is always behind and in person ordering takes precedent. I watched the employees make customers food who came into the restaurant while my order, which was already 10 min past the time I was supposed to get it, was not even started. I also witnessed the employees touching surfaces in the dining area of the restaurant while wearing gloves and then proceed to make food without changing them. I get it staffing is an issue and we are all dealing with these issues. But this particular location has always had these problems even before COVID.

Placed an online order here and they just absolutely failed at making it. We got two bowls instead of a bowl and a burrito, and there were no fajita veggies or salsa on either, and lettuce on only one. My bowl was just rice and beans, meat, and dairy! (The red salsa in the picture is our own that we added to try and jazz it up a bit, and I stole some of my husband’s lettuce. Not sure how he got lettuce and I didn’t.) I would only go here again if I were ordering in person. In the one picture I circled all the things that were incorrect.

Some of the employees can be sassy at you when you have any extras you want to add or specific instructions. Food is good. Can get a little packed during rush hour (to be expected)

It didn’t disappoint! My carnitas bowl was excellent (maybe too much rice), and it was full to the very top. A ton of food. The staff was quite friendly and bonus point: they spell names just as good as Starbucks baristas!

Whether it’s wrong toppings or no dressing for their salad this store has constantly let me down. I don’t think I have ever had to contact customer service more for any company. I’m sure if I drove back over there they would handle it but cost of gas isn’t worth it. They offer a bogo coupon when I should get my money back. The last time this happened for a delivery they gave me a free meal but that didn’t cover the delivery nor the double meat I chose to get for once. I shouldn’t have to double check your food before I leave the store but it looks like I wil have to from now on if there is a now on. Smh

I don’t ever leave bad reviews but my food was inedible. I always get the hottest salsa at chipotle but they put so much on my burrito bowl this time that I had to throw it out. Ordered chips and guacamole on the side and they did not include it in my order, when I came to pick it up and saw it wasn’t there, I asked them for it and the dude working said “alright but i gotta go make chips” and went in the back to cook the chips so it was pretty obvious they didn’t feel like making more chips for my order (doing their job) and left them out hoping I wouldn’t notice until I got home.
