Modern American cuisine with an Asian twist. Bringing together locally sourced products from the beautiful farmers in Maine, with flavors that are familiar to a Lao-American upbringing in a Southern home through the use of traditional Laotian and classical french cooking techniques. Chef Sav grew up in Virginia but moved to Maine with his business partner, and wife, Elise (Mrs. LeMu) so that she could be closer to her family in South Western, Maine. The menu at Le Mu Eats, is a combination of Chef Sav’s experiences as a classically trained chef, Coastal Virginia native, and Asian American.

Very tasty food! We went for dinner and couldn’t get a table it was so busy So we went for lunch and got takeout again the next day. Definitely worth it! Loved the food, especially the hot noodle dishes on a cold day. The Thai iced tea was really sweet so some may not like it but I enjoyed it. Great to have this out near the slopes!

Being two weeks into spending a summer in rural Andover, we let go of any expectations for excellent food nearby. Imagine our excitement when we discovered Le Mu Eats?! The Kai appetizer was amazing. So flavorful, the eggs were perfectly cooked, and they were delicious. For entrees, we got the Porke bowl and the Angry Rooster. Both were so fresh, and so so tasty. Even our drinks included pickles and onions pickled in-house. Service and atmosphere were excellent and prices were super reasonable for the quality. We can’t wait to return and try other dishes on the menu?

The vegan options here were above and beyond our expectations. Not only did the menu in person have more vegan options than the one online, but they were delicious and left us quickly finding time to come back to try the other dishes. The staff was knowledgeable and incredibly kind. The decor and outdoor patio was beautiful and welcoming/cozy.

What a find! Amazingly creative fusion dishes, we had the bahn mi, salmon noodz, and the pork belly was maybe the best I’ve had? It was like candied almost and melted in your mouth. Really quite pleasant, and fairly packed. Food took a little long to come out but it was worth the wait. Would go again.
