Excellent experience. Came here on a Friday evening and the gentleman at the register was very helpful and accommodating. He was patient and offered to let us try a flavor before buying it as well. The flavor options are extensive and they usually have a flavor of the month. They appear to have other events and offerings as well too! Will return.

I walked in with my family after dinner wanting to enjoy dessert with a nice cup of nespresso…but unfortunately the lady said the machine was off because they were closing in 20 minutes. Very bad for business… we would have ordered 4 coffees plus dessert.

Brought my family in to try the different flavors of chocolates and was greeted with a rude young woman. She answered my questions with one word responses and showed no interest in helping me as I asked about the company, how the chocolate is made, and what goes into each of the different flavors. I initially thought she was just new but soon realized she was intentionally being rude because the girl working the cash register kept laughing and snickering at the scene. To the owners, may you consider offering customer service training to the two women working at 7pm on 4/28/18. I had planned to buy more chocolates and macarons, but instead I left with three chocolates and an awful experience.

I came in here with my family during the evening (around 8 PM). The chocolate croissant and hot chocolate were alright (overpriced in my opinion) but what astounded us the most was the atrocious customer service. The two young girls serving us made us wait 20 minutes for expressos that never came (apparently they forgot? ). We asked for our money back and left. Not coming back here, that’s a given.

Terribly overpriced but delicious! Cute decor. Wish we could have afforded to try more flavors but $30 for a few little cookies was already pushing it. The lady behind the counter was very sweet and professional. This is a rare treat, sadly, due to pricing.

Very unhappy with the service of this location, I placed an order for pickup at 2pm for this Friday,I was running a little late so decided to call to schedule for a later pick up. I called maybe 10 times no one answers. So I get there maybe 30min later, no parking as per usual I park in the 3rd floor parking garage. As I’m walking up the employee is on her phone and no customers in the store. She greats me as do I and I ask her if they have a phone she said yes and I ask why no one answers a call. I called x amount of times with no answer. She saids it was busy that’s why no one answered. I’m like ok I placed an order for pick up at 2pm she looks around out back and nothing my order was never fulfilled. I’m already frustrated from earlyer and I say ok let’s do this again. She gets ready to pull the macs I want with a little plain white box. I tell her I wanted the gift box as it’s what I ordered she tells me no there’s no gift box’s avail there sold out. I tell her how is it possible I place an order it’s not ready and what I want isn’t avail what’s the point of placing an order 2 days in advance. She saids sorry I can’t do anything and persist to see if I still want to buy from her I say no thanks and just walk away.

I am no Macaron expert but I have traveled to Paris several times and have tried from several different places here and there. These Macarons did not taste fresh or authentic and anyone who thinks otherwise has never had a good Macaron. It’s possible they made a bad batch or they weren’t fresh as the place looked, and always does look pretty empty. The cookie was dry and consisted of air bubbles causing the cookie to crack and crumbled after the first bite. Dry and Cheap with little to no filling. Not only is Whole Foods cheaper they are so much better. Waste of $40 bucks.
