Good. 4 stars for a cafe something different. 2 stars for service. 3 stars for overall. 4 stars for croissants. 4 stars for strength of espresso based drinks. Cafe look: casual. Big dogs not allowed? Small dogs some had with them and wasn’t a problem. One small bathroom fyi. Ordered coffee – waited – went to front and asked about coffee and waters. Waited. Went back after 15 min. Did finally get the coffees and water. 30 min for that. Croissants $5 cafe’ $4 crepes $7 to $15. Had two espressos, herb omelet no cheese came with it. Two croissants. Salmon omelet. Nutella crepe. $70 + 30% tip $100 for the above. For the locals it’s fine. Just too expensive – not young child friendly.

Delicious meal! The French Onion Soup was one of the best our entire party has had. We loved the rest of our appetizers and entrées as well. Pictured is the rib eye special, which was fantastic! Service was excellent. BYOB for alcohol. We will be back.

Hidden gem. I was at a wedding at Sharon, CT and needed a breakfast place. I didn’t expect a French restaurant in the area, so I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the croque madame sandwich and the others in my party had omelettes or the quiche. Everyone enjoyed their meal. I would expect their lunch and dinner menu items to be just as good as well.

Food was amazing, service was friendly, and for an added bonus the patio is dog friendly. We stopped in on a whim and loved it so much we made sure to come back the next day before we left. It is a definitey worthy of a destination trip to eat.

As a top producer of luxury real estate in the Litchfield Hills of CT – I love coming to this restaurant because I can get a great meal and have a glass of Chardonnay with clients or grab something to go! I love the staff here they’re so friendly! Definitely try the crepes and soups… so delicious!!

What an absolute mistake coming here for my Birthday dinner… Service was disappointing and plain rude. I had to go to the kitchen to track down our waitress to tell her that our steak was well done, after I ordered it hot pink on the inside. I tried and tried to get her attention for a while, but she never looked over. Our steak came out after another long wait, and it was 60%meat and 40%fat. We also ordered the Mussels, which she highly recommended, and she mentioned all the wonderful french bread that we’d get to dip into the delicious broth, but we has to ask her 4 times for the the bread. By the time she finally brought the bread, we were completely finished eating dinner.. So we didn’t need it any more. What an awful Birthday dining experience. We’ll never return.

I remember being taken to Europe by my parents as a kid and being fascinated by their red Michelin Guide. It was so fun to read about restaurants where we were going and had been.

Awful restaurant.. owner treats his workers Terribly. I worked there and so did a bunch of my friends that can back up this review. I worked for 8 weeks and didn’t get a single check until 2 weeks after I quit. And the amount I got paid wouldn’t add up even if I was being paid minimum wage! I won’t say the food is bad because it’s not but the ways I’ve seen the staff get treated and been treated myself outweighs that fact ten fold. To eat there is fine. To work there… not so much. 3/5 stars for the food. 1/5 overall.

Food and house wine were delicious, atmosphere convivial, the bill very reasonable. Only thing I can say, and I’ll just be repeating what others have said before — you just cannot run Sunday dinner with only one serveuse! She was running, getting orders wrong and then freaking out about it, struggling with the screen door with hands full of plates, a note of panic in her voice, patrons were openly uncomfortable asking her for stuff because she was so obviously overwhelmed. Please hire a second person to help her out.
