I have been to this restaurant a few of times. My absolute favorite dish is the celery risotto. Yesterday I stopped in on a cold Dec day in Geneva and it was exactly what I needed. It was a warm savory dish that felt like a big hug while not being overwhelming. The right amount of flavor and texture so that the dish still feels refined and measured. a perfect bite!
The scallops were a good pairing with the risotto. Light, a touch of sweetness, very well executed.
Highly recommend and hope to come back in the new year.

We visited Le dorian on two consecutive evenings and overall had a very pleasant experience. The food is classic French cuisine and was well prepared. I had a steak which was cooked nicely and tasted great. The pasta dishes were also enjoyable and nicely seasoned.
The service was particularly good – very friendly, attentive and professional throughout. We were a larger group, and they made it possible for us to dine together, which we really appreciated.
Prices were fair, especially considering it’s Switzerland. For the quality of the food, the nice service and the stylish yet relaxed atmosphere, it felt appropriate.

The new owner did a great job here. Chef is from restaurant Le Bologne, another address that I miss dearly when not in Geneva. I would give a 4.5, the price is a bit high, Bologne is better value
