I am a crazy fan of Jimmy John’s sandwiches specially, the toasted ones. I never had any issue with my order except one time they added turkey accidentally in my sandwich in fact it was delivery order and as soon as I called them, they made it correct and delivered me right sandwich with exrtra cookie .I always skip turkey out of my sandwich . I always prefer this location instead of other locations around this area. I know some places, they always mess up my order quite few times. Absolutely like the people who run this Jimmy John’s. Highly recommended!!!

Honestly getting really annoyed with this place. My orders are taking forever when I go into order. It’s taking 20 minutes to get me my order. When I order delivery it takes over 40 minutes before I even get an update for it’s out for delivery. So by the time I get my food it’s 50 plus minutes after I order. I love Jimmy John’s, BIG fan … however, I don’t usually go to this one. In the few times I’ve been, they’ve TWICE left food out of my bag and I only realized once I’m home. Called to complain and they hung up on me twice before finally taking my call. Idk what’s going on there, but something’s up with this location.

I am working over here in Olympia for 1 week, and JJ’s came highly recommended by my workmates back home in England. I was not disappointed….what a Sandwich or a Butty as we call em back home….got the JJ’s Garguantuan with pickles…absolutely superb. I can not wait to call again…keep up the good work, top notch food… we need a Jimmy Johns in Crossroads, West Yorkshire, England…….

Today they had a special from 4-8 where their basic subs were 1 dollar. All subs were 4.99 off. With this seal even their bigger subs were only 2.50. An absolute steal. The lines were long and the parking in short supply but we did park. They had 2 lines going and we got through in about 15 min. Excellent considering the number of people. They got all four of our sandwiches correct and only about 60 seconds passed from the time when we ordered until we had a bag of 4 sandwiches being handed to us. All of them were good though simple. No hot subs are made at Jimmy John’s. Just basic subs made really fast.
To those who posted 1 star reviews because they don’t deliver to your house I would encourage you to rise from your seat and walk or ride the mile or two to get your sandwich. Freaky Fast service can’t be a complished if they have to drive outside their radius. I think it is unfair to give a business 1 star because they are doing what they say they will, not because they are not doing what you want them to do. No business can succeed trying to everything for everyone. They set the parameters under which they choose to operate. Rate them on what they promise to do not what they haven’t promised. Are you going to give Subway 1 star because they won’t deliver you a hamburger?

Best experience ever! I had the unwich, but when I was ordering one of the employees heard me making my order and came up and asked me if I was celiac. I told him I was. He took extra care and wiped everything down before making my meal!
