Won’t be going back to dine anytime soon. Unless we want to be starving afterwards. My husband ordered the 4 course price fixe menu. The photo shows the main entree of duck breast. There was a scant piece of meat on the place with nothing else. The manager apologized and brought another “small sausage-sized” tidbit. Absolutely ridiculous. I had the beef dish accompanied by a morsel of potatoes gratin. The frisée salad and romaine salad were normal portion sizes and good. I am familiar with French restaurants in nyc. Their tiny portions are more filling than this restaurant. In France, the portions are large. LE Depot chef, fill the plates, please.

Le Depot had the coolest vibe and incredible food. I felt like I was back in France! We each opted for the 3 course menu so we got to try 6 different food options. I would absolutely eat here again. Fabrizio, our waiter, was kind, fast, and very knowledgeable. We were given options and accommodations for gluten-free dishes which was really refreshing for this food allergy.

French oasis in the middle of cowboy country. The atmosphere is exactly what you’re looking for in and brasserie is synonomus with Le Depot. The service was excellent and professional. The food was overall amazing with just a couple of exceptions. The salad was overly dressed and the dressing was a overly vinegared. The seared tuna in the Prixe Fixe was overdone. Standouts include the beef tartare, the pike dumpling, and suprisingly the meringue almost stole the show. Highly recommend and we will return.

We got an early last-minute reservation at this brand new establishment during a holiday week. After our experience tonight, I can almost guarantee that a last-minute reservation during a busy holiday week will never happen again as both the food and service were amazing and when I say that I truly mean a 10 out of 10.
I had what was probably the best duck dish of my life, and my son absolutely loved his steak frites. The chef at Le Depot has experience working for a famous NYC chef, and it shows. The restaurant has the feel of a trendy high-end New York French Bistro, and the food was as good as what Daniel Boulud would serve himself.
The whole experience was an absolute homerun, and in my opinion, Le Depot is now the best restaurant in Park City, overtaking both Riverhorse & Firewood. Congratulations on this fantastic new establishment!

Lousy. Good service but that’s all. Grilled lobster tails with potatoes and leeks sounds good until it’s put in front of you. The grilled lobster tails is actually just one tail, along with three slices of a single leek and potato, in a bowl bigger than the dish itself. $59 by the way. It was hardly anything special either. I could cook this for half the price and have it taste way better. This is not fine French cuisine. It’s overpriced, mediocre food all while putting on the facade of being authentic French food. Cannot in good conscience reccomend this place to anyone unless you like still being hungry after your main dish. Go to Pretty Bird instead. Great chicken for a good price.

From the escargot to the amazing cocktail drinks and the amazing salmon and the bread everything was amazing and perfect. When it comes to flavor the only caviar I have is the amount of flies outside makes it a bit uncomfortable to eat calmly and having to swap the flies out of your food I do give it to Marlo for being a great waiter for us and being very kind it goes a very long way

Great meal; oysters, Chicken Paillard, and a Le Depot 75 cocktail – their take on a French 75. Menu had lots of great choices. Chicken was moust and delicious Great wine program, interesting cocktails, awesome patio and classy interior. Great addition to the Park City dining scene. Will be back!

Just wanted to express how much we enjoyed our recent dining experiences at Le Depot. My partner and I had dinner there and were absolutely delighted with the meal. It was such a treat to find dishes like the “foie Gras with pain d’epices,” oysters, steak frites, steak tartare and cassoulet, especially complemented by your impressive wine list. The glass of Sauternes we had with dessert was the perfect ending to a wonderful evening.
We enjoyed it so much that we returned for the three-course lunch on the terrace and savored a glass of rosé. It truly highlighted how fortunate we are to have such a fantastic restaurant here in Park City. Thank you for the wonderful food and service we will be back.
