This is a tiny whole on their wall with a great atmosphere and DELICIOUS food! The lentil soup was amazing, so flavorful, so delicious. The bread, that comes with it was really good and if I’m not confused it is house made. The sand which was so good and so fulfilling! Half a sandwich was enough with the soup. The lemonade was super good and fresh. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT! 10/10

We split sandwich and salad. Serving was huge and the homemade bread is the Bomb! Only disappointment was dressing on our greek salad tasted like water. Other than that..fresh delicious food.

Great flavors, tasty sandwiches and soups
Had the chocolate pie , so good not too sweet, had the egg salad sandwich and split pea soup, wow, taste was perfect, can’t go wrong. Good portion, good food for a hike around town, ❤️ loved it! My daughter had the tuna sandwich so good, perfect flavors.

Food isn’t all that bad. We got a salad and a quiche. The quiche is crustless. A party of six got to their table next to us after we ordered and they still all got their food before us. We didn’t get our food for about an hour after we ordered.

Heard other tables also complaining about similar issues. Also was strange, when we were almost done eating they let a different party sit at the same table as us. They did give us a free cookie to apologize at least.

I ordered the soup of the day and a quiche. The soup was delicious, and so is there bread. The quiche was absolutely inedible! The waiter was pretty rude from the beginning, and at the end of the meal, he asked me how we liked the food. I told him that the quiche was not very good (Which was pretty obvious since it was still on my plate). he looks put out and said “thanks for the feedback”.
Super rude staff. They offered no way of making up for overpriced and bad food. Would definitely NOT recommend

After reviewing this restaurant, they responded so In response to your response…

Thank you for taking the time to respond. To clarify, my concern was not that the quiche contained cheese — I fully understand what a quiche is — but that it lacked balance and was overwhelmingly cheesy to the point of being unpalatable. That’s a matter of execution, not personal taste.

More importantly, my review focused as much on the service as the food. When a guest gives polite, honest feedback and is met with visible irritation, and then later with a sarcastic public response, it reinforces the concern about how feedback is handled. A constructive, professional reply would have gone a long way toward addressing that.

You’re right that taste is subjective. Courtesy and professionalism, however, are not — and your response unfortunately illustrates the very issue I experienced during my visit.

Review changed to a one star instead of 2. Super unprofessional.

Update:
I’d like to clarify a few points, as your update misrepresents the interaction and raises additional concerns.

I was not rude or disrespectful regarding the water or the bread. I simply asked for water without ice, which is a common request, and asked that the bread be heated because I do not care for solid, visible butter. These requests were made politely and without any negative tone. I asked for a second water because the 1st was brought to my mom (who didn’t request it)

What I found concerning was the dismissive and unprofessional manner in which my requests were received. Additionally, the comments made about my past reviews were inappropriate and unnecessary. Referencing or judging a customer based on prior reviews is unprofessional and has no bearing on the specific interaction at hand.

I believe it’s important to be clear that my expectations were reasonable, and I expect to be treated with basic courtesy and professionalism when making simple requests. I wanted to address this directly so there is no misunderstanding.

Brought friends from out of town and had an amazing lunch! The meatloaf sandwich was great. The pistachio cream pie is probably in my top 5 desserts of all time. Every time I am in Bisbee I will be stoping back.

Our waitress was an absolute delight. They had so many gluten free options and their gluten free bread was better than any bread gluten free or otherwise that I’ve personally had. They have a gluten free cheesecake and chocolate cake that were heavenly.
