Incredibly delicious meal with great beverages and offerings! My partner and I enjoyed a late night dinner after our delayed arrival without any need for reservation. The dishes I desired were offered on the Cob Menu option for €38 or so starting with the Parisian velouté. The velouté was a wonderful start to the meal and had a wonderful mushroom taste that was complimented nicely by the poached egg. For my main I had the whole sea bass which was cooked perfectly, flaky and light, and paired perfectly with the accompaniments. Finally for dessert I opted for the crumble but decided to order multiple. Of the three, the cream was the all star! The crumble was very filling and well portioned for sharing. Lastly, the mule I had for my beverage was balanced and refreshing without a harsh alcohol bite. Our service was attentive and efficient, and we were able to see the chef preparing food. I highly recommend a visit to Le Cob and try their menu!

We got to our hotel late and were able to enjoy a really incredible dinner! We loved everything, the drinks were excellent. My partner had the sea bass and I enjoyed the chicken in red wine sauce with linguini. The veloute was so delicious as a starter and the Chantilly cream lives up to its royal history as creamy, delicious and delicious. The crumble was also a hit!

We had wonderful main dishes of fish, beef and chicken. Service was excellent! Dessert too!! It is a traditional French recipe with contemporary presentation.Everything is to the perfection.

Great place to eat in Chantilly with a quiet calm terrace in a private garden. Staff is super friendly (kudos to Chris for his excellent service) the dishes are generous and delicious. Definitely recommend.
