The service was absolutely spectacular
I felt comfortable, truly welcomed, and surrounded by a positive atmosphere, with the entire team smiling, attentive, and genuinely making me feel pampered from start to finish.
Frederico is so nice
I chose to celebrate my birthday alone, and the experience was simply incredible.
The food… honestly, it melts in your mouth. A perfect 10/10.
I highly recommend Le Cirque to anyone visiting Las Vegas who wants a special experience defined by elegance, care, and true excellence.
Thanks to Tom, Jimmy, Gerardo, Paul, Alex, and Chris for creating an exceptional experience.
There was difficulty finding our reservation we had made through google, however they pivoted and sat us without hesitation. ✨
At the front, where you check in with the host, they asked us if we were visiting for a special occasion and we let them know it was an anniversary celebration. Every server and staff member wished us Happy Anniversary. It was truly impressive how everyone knew and acknowledged that.
My boyfriend and I had never had French cuisine so it was exciting to try it at this level of restaurant. Everything was delicious, but very rich. We chose the 4 course dinner, which also included a few special dishes that were sent from the restaurant!!! We enjoyed a bubbly to start, which was a recommendation by our server. Oysters were fresh and perfectly chilled. The caviar and crème fraiche was a delightful surprise and simply was in love with the presentation.
First time trying frog legs and it was surprisingly tasty however I do not have the patience for all the bones.
We had to leave before dessert came out because we had gotten tickets for a show, but they just told us to come back after to enjoy it fresh. The little truffle jewelry boxes to take home so incredibly beautiful and delicious.
Honestly, such an exceptional staff, expertly crafted dish, and honestly an experience I talk about regularly.
I can’t wait to return. ✨
Also, just couldn’t stop daydreaming about that ceiling
We visited in March of this year.
javier was so kind and friendly and so attentive as a waiter
martin the general manager i believe was also very kind and very authentic; you can tell he takes great pride in his work (and that he loves his wife very much)
lance really knew the dishes; he explained each course so well and the pacing of each was perfect
freddy always had a kind smile
morris was so knowledgeable about not only the restaurant but vegas and the bellagio as a whole, you can tell he and martin are like conductors in an orchestra and their timing and attention to service is astounding; morris also knew about broader french cuisine which was impressive
shaun poured the best coffee and always made sure mine never went stale or cold
jimmy honestly just had the coolest mustache
alex the hostess does not get enough credit for her class and her attention to the needs of each guest before/as they’re seated
the food was great, but truly it was the staff and the service that will be making me come back for another visit!
sincerely,
Ms. Stephanie
(and thank you again for signing my cookbook! i will treasure it forever!! ❤️)
We stuck with just the 3 course menu (mostly to avoid overeating while in vegas): every course was absolutely stellar, and we didn’t leave hungry. It’s hard to pick a standout they were all that good.
If I had to find a critique: the presentation of the rabbit was a bit basic, but the complexity and flavors absolutely delighted. I think the homeliness was actually intentional, so this is more an observation than critique. Tbh, I’ve had more complaints about 3 michelin star meals.
As a foodie, I rarely comment on service… but never have I been treated with such friendliness and consideration, even in this class of a meal. Thank you to Martin and the team for making the night one of a kind.
We absolutely will be back in the future, and pray the restaurant will stick around far into the future for all our enjoyments to come.

Each course arrives like a work of art, thoughtfully composed and flawlessly executed. The progression of the menu is masterful—delicate flavors build into deeper, more decadent expressions without ever overwhelming the palate. Every bite feels intentional, balanced, and refined, showcasing not only world-class ingredients but a profound respect for technique and tradition. The French cuisine here is elevated to its highest form: rich yet restrained, luxurious yet precise.
What truly sets Le Cirque apart is the seamless harmony between kitchen and dining room. The service is impeccable—attentive without intrusion, knowledgeable without pretension. Each course is presented with confidence and clarity, enhancing appreciation for the craft behind it. Wine pairings are equally inspired, complementing the menu in a way that deepens the overall experience rather than competing with it.
By the final course, there’s a sense of having been taken on a culinary journey—one that lingers long after the table is cleared. Le Cirque’s 8-course menu is the definition of fine dining at its peak: indulgent, unforgettable, and utterly worthy of its reputation. This is not just one of the best meals in Las Vegas—it’s one of the finest dining experiences anywhere.
The tasting menu was a true culinary journey—each dish was beautifully presented and packed with incredible flavors. Every item was thoughtfully crafted, making it hard to pick a favorite.
The service was top-notch, with an attentive and knowledgeable staff that made the evening even more enjoyable. A special touch that truly stood out was their thoughtful gesture for my birthday. They surprised me with a handwritten birthday card and an extra dessert, which made the celebration feel even more special.
If you’re looking for an outstanding French dining experience with impeccable service and attention to detail, Le Cirque is a must-visit. I can’t wait to return!
