I came here several times now. I ordered chicken philly with honey old bay wings. This probably my best experience. Chicken philly on point and HUSKY you see the pic Thank you for working hard to getting them orders out and even though I called and and paid on arrival wait time wasn’t as long as I expected. All praise do. Im 43 years young and lived in pa and been to philly many of times. This is probably the best and most husky chicken philly let alone just philly cheese steak in general I’ve had.

One of the best Philly cheesesteaks I’ve had, loaded with flavor and cooked just right. The wings are amazing too and they’ve got a ton of options plus all kinds of sodas to choose from. Honestly, the whole menu is solid everything I’ve tried has been good. Fast service, super clean and really chill people working there. Definitely a spot worth coming back to.

I have been a customer at this location since it opened, but after today’s experience, I will not be returning.
While my order was still on the grill, I asked if extra cheese could be added to my sub and clearly stated that I was willing to pay for it. This is something I’ve noticed over time sometimes the amount of cheese is fine, other times it isn’t. Today, it was not enough, which is why I asked for extra before the food was boxed.
Instead of simply accommodating the request, the staff member argued with me, insisting that the same amount of cheese is always used. That wasn’t the point. I was requesting additional cheese and was willing to pay for it.
Despite making this request before my food was packaged, my order was boxed without the extra cheese. When I pointed this out and the option to fix it or give me a refund the staff issued a refund.
This experience reflected very poor customer service and a lack of willingness to listen to a paying customer.

Good spot in Colonial Heights, right off the 301. While ordering I was almost suspicious about the prices, cause you usually get what you pay for when you looking for a good cheesesteak. But they did not disappoint, and the portion was big enough for two meals (on the 8inch). Bread was buttery, temperature and cheese perfection. Even ordered some wings, please dont sleep on them! They was so good. Definitely coming back.
Con: the area inside more like a wait area, not really a place to dine, but that’s common for small businesses. Lives up to the name!

Now where do I start? If you’re going to serve food make sure your seating area is clean and not have trash and leftover food on the tables. The lady at the register was very nice and offered great service. The food was alright to me and loaded with meat but I felt a seasoning or something was missing. Tried it because I seen someone on tiktok review it and I was very with it. Also tried another restaurant from tiktok and was highly upset again. But decent food for locals whose close to this place of business

I Wish I had a took a picture of the baby roach that I found on a rosas menu, which I saw under the register when I grabbed it out. There was a baby roach on it. Right then there I Asked for a refund before he even finished fixing my food. From previous of me being here, the food is very good.But now that I know that they have roaches , I will not be back. I hold somebody from the Colonial Heights.Health department sees this post and gives them a surprise inspectionThis place needs to do better at controlling for pest control.

I am in town for training for a week. Decided to try some local restaurants and different food than we have where I live at. Got on here and found out about this Philly cheesesteak place decided to try it. I placed a to go order over the phone. They picked the phone up after a couple of rings, the ordering process was very easy and smooth. About 10 minutes later I drove over to the restaurant and paid in person. When I got there, the food was done and I was able to leave immediately. The service was quick and great. Now to the food. The cheesy fries were amazing. I love cheese so they had the perfect amount of cheese and also it actually tasted good. I have had cheese fries with the cheese had a weird taste to it, but this was not that. The fries were hot and crispy and I did not even have to ask for them to be. The cheesesteak was pretty good. I ordered the 777 Philly, which is cheesesteak and chicken with onions, mayo, and cheese. I got the 12 inch sandwich and it was more than enough food. They pile on the meat and cheese. You get your money is worth. With that being said it is not even that expensive for all of the food that I got I paid around $20 I believe and that was mainly because I got two drinks. Overall, I would come back and eat there again. There was no inside seating for a person to eat. I can tell they mainly have it as a order to go place and that works fine for them.

The cuatomer service was great. Restaurant was clean. The food was absolutely delicious and very hot. I could not ask for a better sub in the tri cities area. I definitely reccomend the 420 munchies sub. Will definitely come again.
