We ate here several times over our stay at Beloved. The breakfast buffet is expansive, fresh fruit, yogurt, eggs and bacon, and patries galore with little changes from day to day. We loved the eggs coccotte and butter crepes with apples from the menu as well.
We were always greeted and welcomed by the host/hostess and seated quickly. Our waiters were always wonderful, Elias, Ismael, and Angel treated us like family. I highly recommend getting wine suggestions from Lorenzo, the resort sommelier. We drank only Mexican wines, and the ones he recommended were always perfect.
The ambiance is welcoming and warm during the morning hours and intimate and quiet in the evenings. The canard and filet mignon are delicious and the Rosemary Creme Brulee is excellent.

Had a lovely breakfast experience here with our wonderful server Brenda. We did a combination of ala carte and high end buffet. Super aware of allergies, and Brenda even offered to have the chef prepare some of buffet items special in advance if we knew when we would be coming back next.
We ate dinner here our last night on the property. Christian from Guest service knew we were planning on coming here and had a surprise waiting for us. Hostess Karina greeted us with amazing energy and smiles and let us know we already had a table waiting for us. Then Jose let us know that a special goodbye menu had been prepared for us taking into account my wife’s food allergies from bread services through the desert. Our plan for splitting a small meal for our last night was quickly replaced by a 2 hour customized fine dining experience complete with custom dipping sauces, appetizers, salads, soups, and deserts. In addition to the food we enjoyed talking with Jose about family gardens, and appreciated Karina adjusting the music volume down a notch given that our table was very close to one of the speakers. Overall a lovely experience.

A fancy French restaurant that’s open for breakfast buffet with an eggs menu on the side and for dinner. The breakfast buffet was pretty large, with food ranging from sushi to bread to pancakes to soup to fruit and juices. A bit of everything for everyone!
For dinner, the food was also superb. I especially loved the scallops and the lamb!

We had the most beautiful romantic dinner at Le Bisou, and it was made even more special thanks to our amazing server, José. By pure luck, he also happened to be the same wonderful person who served us during our beach dinner on the 29th of June—and once again, his service was flawless. José is attentive, kind, and genuinely cares about creating a memorable experience. He made us feel so welcome and taken care of both nights. Thank you, José, for adding that extra touch of magic to our getaway!
Also, one of the servers Omar was amazing for offering us special drinks-it made the experience feel extra welcoming and comfortable.
