I would have liked to dine in, but it was very cold inside the restaurant, so I ended up taking my food to my car to eat. Another customer also mentioned how cold it was. I didn’t want to make a fuss, so I just stepped out. The location is convenient if you work nearby, and the food was fresh.

Corporate needs to have this location re-trained ON ALL ASPECTS. We have gone a couple of times and they are rude and we are always missing something in our order. So by the time we get home who wants to go back after a long days work. And to top it off our chicken strips that we ordered looked more like nuggets and were hard and rubbery. OHHHH And what Texas Southern Chicestablishment doesn’t have WHITE GRAVY? Why was it removed?

This place is beyond a disappointment, being so close to the border for a decent meal is hard to come by now a days as no work ethics are in place. This establishment is very unsanitary, people constantly on their disgusting phones, while touching food and lack of attention while prepping food is on point. Don’t eat here, pick another church’s.

They really need to get better staff and better management. I’ve been going here for a while and it’s always the same thing either fries are missing or sauces always check your order before leaving this place. I went today the guy at the drive through didn’t even ask what sauce I wanted my wings to finish it off I never got my drink I drove off with out realizing because they hadn’t gave me ranch. This place is ridiculous! Also not to mention a while back about 3 months ago I had gone and there was a gut literally eating Cheetos next to the drive through window! And I can say much more! I really hope something is done about this place!

Worst experience ever ordering chicken from any business. Rude employees, extremely long wait times, and they always get something in the order wrong. For the price just go next door to KFC. I’m not one to post negative reviews but this time they earned it. Also please cook your chicken all the way through, many were still pink as heck in the middle,specifically the thighs.

Restaurant closes at 9pm, got there at 7:15pm. Ordered chicken tenders, they said it would be a 10 min wait… we said that’s ok. Then we ordered a 10 piece family meal and we were told that would be a 30 min wait…mind you, there was ZERO customers there. I’m assuming the employees were trying to leave early or I’m not sure what the case was but it’s very disappointing to be told we’d have to wait 30+ minutes to get an order when it’s no where near close time.

I was waiting for my order to come in as a dine-in.
It was taking too long and when I went to check on it, the girl WAS EATING in the back. She acted surprised. Then I asked for my order if it was ready. And she then proceeded to grab my food with her hands just like that same gloves. I didn’t eat it. The big guy at the register was literally standing there. The girl had bright red hair. Avoid. I was like wow the employees here eat before the clients?

Horrible went to pick up through drive through and all the females in the front are just standing there eating chicken talking and joking around I had to have them recheck the items in the bag because when I asked is everything correct they had to take the bag back just to see I got the order back and I asked so everything is correct they told me yes and said sarcastically thank you and this was an employee and manager as soon as I started driving away they gave me a dirty look and started laughing. Choose better employees because this is ridiculous
