The Champagne list is outstanding — thoughtfully curated, regionally expressive, and clearly built by someone who understands both heritage and terroir. The depth across prestigious maisons and grower-producers is impressive, with verticals and cuvées that allow true exploration of style, vinification, and village identity. It is not just extensive; it is intelligent and purposeful.
Enjoying these wines on the terrace overlooking the vineyards of Champagne is a privilege in itself. The panoramic view creates a powerful sense of place — you are literally tasting the landscape in front of you. Few experiences connect wine and terroir so seamlessly.
The cuisine at Le Bellevue is precise and elegant, designed to complement rather than overshadow the wines. Service is polished, knowledgeable, and effortlessly attentive — exactly what one expects at this level.
For professionals and enthusiasts alike, this is more than a restaurant visit; it is a complete Champagne immersion. I look forward to returning again.
Beautiful setting, delicious dishes (The Bresse Chicken was cooked to perfection!) And very friendly and professional staff.
Food is tasty, well cooked, of great quality ingredients, but too expensive and too simplistic. In that environment and at that price tag, I’d expect to have dishes in the menu that are inviting, that are interesting, but instead we found a very plain, off-the-shelve brasserie menu
Food was really delicious and the champagne recommended by the sommelier was incredible. Service was great and professional. Such a great dinner for our first night at Royal Champagne.
This is also where we had the breakfast. Food was also nice but selection was limited. A bit disappointing that, even though breakfast was included in our stay, we were charged extra for ordering from the breakfast menu (the truffle omelette was nice though). This shouldn’t have been the case for a luxurious hotel.
Thank you Lilou!
