What can I say? THE CAKE WAS FROZEN. We could barely cut it when it came time to serve and that was about 2 hours after it was picked up at the bakery. Eight of us gnawed at frozen cake together – not what any of us expected as we honored a milestone in a loved one’s life … I ordered it sweetened with coconut sugar, and because it was frozen, the coconut overwhelmed the chocolate and we could barely taste chocolate. I’m not sure if the baker knew that coconut sugar should be blended to powdered-sugar consistency, because that is recommended when using coconut sugar in cakes – it had a somewhat coarse texture, although this could have been partly due to its being frozen. The raspberry icing between the layers was also frozen and its flavor, too, was barely detectable. In addition, I ordered the cake with a certain kind of classic car on top and there was NO car. It would have been nice to receive a call or text letting me know that was being left out so that I could have provided a substitution. Instead the baker added a scripture which I did not order and if I had wanted one, I would have chosen the honoree’s favorite verse. On top of that, I ordered the cake with plain vanilla buttercream frosting and the baker decided to smear it with a hideous blue. That means we were either eating lots of toxic artificial coloring the baker used or scraping the frosting off. Bear in mind that I ordered this cake in writing – I watched the counterperson obligingly write everything down as I spoke. I also ended up with twice the amount of cake I needed – I asked for enough to serve eight people a 3×3 inch slice equivalent. I paid $56 for this exercise in ignoring the customer’s wishes and had to dispose of the remainder. At the very least, my clear instructions could and should have been followed. I’ll order my next cake somewhere else.

what a beautiful bakery! We walked in and felt like we were in Paris! Just gorgeous & the food we purchased was wonderful, flaky tasty probably the best turnover we’ve ever had…. My husband is a turnover snob, so I think he should know. The owner of the bakery was beyond friendly, took us on a private tour of the building, even though she was preparing for high tea later in the day..

With it being the busy holiday season I wasn’t sure if Spring could fit us in! Thankfully she was able to make it work and we had the most beautiful high tea experience for my daughters 9th birthday party! Highly recommend!! So much fun!

Passing through this town on a road trip through Oregon. Lovely little bakery with coffee sandwiches and incredible pastries. All made in house. Food was wonderful, would highly recommend stopping at this place if you’re in the are!

The place was magical and the food was great. The service though not so much it was my first time coming there and the employee did not seem all that friendly I definitely did not get that welcoming vibe like everyone was talking about.

Amazing space with bakery fresh goods and yummy espresso. Salad plate sizes cookies (always a plus) plus fancy desserts. We enjoyed touring the associates building, amazing artisan historic renovation with creative uses of space and shopping.

Had a cake done here this last weekend. When I went in, I was not sure what I wanted and Spring asked me a few questions, felt out my vibe and came up with the perfect idea. She even accommodated using local cherries that I brought in. She delivered it, even though we were a ways out of town in Meacham, and everything went perfectly. The only downside was by the end of the night, all of my family and friends were arguing about who was going to get to take the leftovers home. It was that good. Thanks so much guys!

We had a very negative experience with Le Bebe.
We were not impressed by their offerings at the local summer fair, and should have learned from that.

The custom cake we had made by Le Bebe was was dry, doughy and the decorating request (taken in writing) was not honored. In addition, it looked like a 3rd grade attempt at cake decorating.

After cutting the cake, we found what looked like a green plastic straw INSIDE.
What a way to celebrate with Le Bebe!
Don’t. Choose Walmart general store. You’ll be better off, probably at half the price.

I visited this store on two separate occasions and, unfortunately, had disappointing experiences both times due to poor customer service. On my first visit, I politely asked an employee about one of the pastries, but was met with an annoyed response and a dismissive attitude that made me feel unwelcome. Hoping this was just an isolated incident, I decided to return a few weeks later to try their highly recommended macarons.

During my second visit, I inquired about the available flavors, as none of the items were labeled with names or prices. The employee only mentioned one flavor out of several options and then walked away to use their phone, leaving my friend and me confused. When the employee returned, their body language and heavy sighs suggested we were an inconvenience rather than valued customers.

When I asked how fresh the desserts were, the employee responded with noticeable irritation, simply saying they were “pretty fresh.” My friend then politely asked for clarification, to which the employee sharply replied, “a few days.” I found this concerning, as I would expect fresh offerings or, at the very least, clear and accurate information.

Overall, I found both visits to be marked by unprofessional behavior and a lack of customer care. Based on these experiences, I do not plan to return.
