I wanna love this place because it’s nearby, great happy hours, cool place, but geezus the service times have been terrible in my 2 experiences here. The servers have been polite, but the waiting and waiting and waiting is ridiculous. Seems like they don’t have the staff to handle the covers and or the GM or owner has failed at training the staff.
The only reason I mighttttt go back, is bc Noemi asked us what was going on, heard us out. Seems like there is no organization for the patio. Servers not knowing what table ordered what item is wild.

The food and vibe here are great, which is why we’ve come back more than once. However, both visits had very long waits just to place an order (around 45–60 minutes). On our most recent visit, we waited over an hour without anyone taking our food order. Drinks took about 20 minutes, and service unfortunately went downhill from there. I hope the service improves because the place itself has a lot going for it!

It was our last night in phoenix and the worst meal we had on the trip. We all had the steak sandwich which came out cold and full of gristle. It was also the worst cut of meat I have ever had.
The server was less than interested in being there and most of the staff gave us the feeling like they were looking forward to the end of their shift. Bottom line I would not recommend this restaurant

**Lazy Palm Sports Grill**

I stopped by Lazy Palm Sports Grill while on my way to Teema Title to finalize paperwork for closing on Mango Rabbit Boba Tea in Tempe. Since the process was taking longer than expected and I was feeling hungry, I decided to grab a bite. It was Tuesday, so they had a couple of deals:
1. Fish Tacos for $2.50
2. Sliders for $2.50
I ordered two fish tacos , two sliders, and a Coke.
**My thoughts:**
1. **Fish Tacos :** I would skip these. There was an off-putting smell, and the tortilla wasn’t very good.
2. **Sliders:** Much better choice! If I return, I’ll stick with the sliders and avoid the fish tacos.
3. **Service:** My waitress wasn’t unfriendly, but she wasn’t particularly warm either. At least she kept my Coke filled, which is something.
Overall, I don’t think I’ll make an effort to visit again.

Lazy palms is a nice, chill, low key bar in the WigWam resort area with a great variety of finger favorites and more that will have you coming back again and again. The owner Big Joe makes sure everything is top notch and puts his finishing on some of the food items. Now if you like spicy, then I recommend you try the atomic sauce. It’s not for the faint of heart and you have been warned!! Lol. When I last went I had the surf and turf along with a side of potato skins and everything was very well prepared and tasty; and yes I had the sauce. So so hot!! Anyways if you are around the area, check it and you won’t be disappointed.

If you’re not a regular don’t even bother coming here. We live across the street and finally had our college child to babysit our 3 youngest kids. We decided to head out for a date/bar night since we can never sit at bars with our kids. We walked in…crickets. I flagged a nice lady who had an apron on as to where to sit. That’s where my experience with this place turned unpleasant. My husband and I sat. Asked for drink menus and we were told there none. Okay fine. We get it it’s a bar we should know our drink of choice. I asked for a Moscow mule which is my order for the past 10 years and my husband asked for a beer. My drink was very sweet and I asked can I order an extra shot the waiter said we don’t do double shots here. The server was running from bar to our booth and almost felt rushed to leave. I ordered food and didn’t want to stay due to the face that since we sat we felt unwelcome here. I asked the server to cancel our food and we would just have our drinks. She ripped our ticket off of the line of order and brought our check although we were still halfway through our drink. She had no idea if maybe we wanted another drink. I paid our drinks although we drank half as we felt very unwelcome here, left no tip and walked our butts to OLD PUEBLO CAFE BAR and sat at their where felt welcome, given a drink and food menu and were received with smiles as a new customer. As a Litchfield resident I spoke with a few locals at the bar at Old Pueblo bar and they experienced the same thing! Clearly only their regulars are welcome here.
