Staff was much friendlier than the typical fast food restaurant…the drive thru! They had us pull ahead to wait on desserts but went ahead and brought our food out so that we could start on that after being directed not just to pull ahead but to a relatively nicer area in order to begin eating.

This specific burger King isn’t usually the greatest but today was especially terrible! I got the krabby patty meal and they didn’t have half of the special items which is fine. But then they didn’t really want to work with me on replacing them with anything of equal value. So I ended up paying too much for a regular meal. They subbed the cheesy bacon tots for a small fry and the icy with a tea not the same value at all! I’ve given this location way too many chances already. I’m done.

I bought onion rings and chicken fries. I got honey mustard. She did not ask if I needed any for my onion rings. I did not think of it when I went back up to ask for it she told me I had to pay for it I told her I got the honey mustard for the chicken fries but I did not get any sauce for the onion rings and she said I had to order it when I ordered my meal. I heard someone ask her what was wrong and she said I asked for extra sauce. I wasn’t asking for extra sauce I was asking for the sauce for my onion rings.

Got our order wrong and tried to get it fixed but the employees including the manager we very rude and nasty. All we wanted was to have our order fixed. Ended up having them refund our money and going done the road to McDonald’s. Will not be returning.

Have you ever seen the movie idiocracy? If not, stream it and that’s what this BK lounge was like. I was totally shocked. The workers moving like robots, totally oblivious of customers in the lobby. The kiosk was there as the lady just floated back and forth behind the counter. We had a coupon that the kiosk wouldn’t accept. The lady behind the counter, well we had to get her attention as she was wearing her daily groove in to the floor, back and forth. We have a coupon, OH she said, I’ll have to enter that in for you. Back to flip some fries and then she just stood there, totally forgetting about us. After 5 mins at a stand still as she starred in to the counter, we left. Never had any food or drink. Watch that movie and you’ll understand.

I go through the drive-thru and order two croissant breakfast sandwiches , two hash browns and two coffees with a coupon which NOW they can’t Exchange orange juice for coffee anymore?????
I get to the drive up window they take my money and give me my food and they tell me they had to brew more coffee and it will be 3 to 4 minutes until it’s done . So now my food is going to get cold while I wait . I told them to keep the freakin coffee because I’m not waiting while my food gets cold.
This is to the management. IF YOU CANNOT HAVE THE ITEMS READY AT THE SAME TIME SO THE FOOD DOESN’T GET COLD , IT’S PROBABLY TIME TO FIND ANOTHER JOB. Because it is clear this simple task is too much for you to handle.
