The food was fantastic. But the employee taking the order didn’t hear me say CHEESEburger. So when I was handed two hamburgers, I let the employee know that they were supposed to be cheeseburgers. He made me pay an extra 60 cents. So petty when it was the cashier’s fault. Sometimes, you should just correct the food, apologize, and let the 60 cents go.

Over charged for drive-thru order. Almost 12 dollars too much. No idea why. Have contacted corporate and have been reimbursed all but 4. Still waiting on contact, 6 days later. Was advised to take my business to another BK, by a counter employee and experienced rudeness by another. Do not support them. One year later, still waiting for a response from local location or corporate. Close it down!

Ordered Burger King for dinner last night. They forgot my Sprite and some toppings on my sandwich. Not all that big of a deal, but what is a big deal is the fact that the manager of this location called me to apologize. Not only did she apologize, she gave us two meals the next time we stop by. In 2022 where DoorDash rules the food industry, service has declined. So I felt that the manager taking time out of her day to call me and offer that, was a very kind gesture. 5 stars for a manager who still seems to genuinely care.

Went through the drive thru and ordered 2 bacon cheeseburgers. The bacon was a tiny bit of a piece of bacon, smaller than a dime. The brown dot on the bun was the “bacon!”
