We were not expecting to come to this place and order one of the most delicious ribeye steaks we have ever had, and we have had many! The chips and salsa was delicious! The restaurant is cozy and the waitress did a great job making sure we all were taken care of! Highly recommend!

Where to start, this place was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The servers, food, cleanliness, attentive. They cleaned along the way and even reset our table for dessert. We also bought some of the honey they offer there that are from local hives. I got the taco special that came with a cheese enchilada, bean and beef burrito, taco, and beans rice. Hubs got the fajitas special loaded with ck, shrimp, and beef, which also comes with the setup. The queso was gooey and delicious as well as the salsas. We will definitely be returning and recommending this place.

Chips and salsa was delicious. I like a little more heat in my salsa, but that is preference and it was still very flavorful. I had the Steven’s special and it was delicious! I would highly recommend this restaurant. Everything we had at our table was cooked perfectly and seasoned well.

read other’s reviews, and decided to check out Lazy Enchilada Grill. We were greeted immediately at the door, seated and drink order taken. Our server Laurie was friendly and kind. Chips & Salsa brought to our table while we looked over the extensive menu. Ultimately, decided on Lazy Enchilada dinner and chili relleno. The table next to us raved about their food. The aroma from the kitchen fantastic…………..we began to wonder if it was too good to be true, but the food was some of the BEST Mexican we have eaten – and we have eaten Mexican from Mexico, San Diego, Texas and elsewhere. We were told the recipies have been passed down through generations, and made fromm scratch in house. You will not be disappointed, and perhaps we might see you there, because we will definitely be coming back. Thank you!
1/25 – went back with our in-laws as we were previously so impressed. our second experience was 180 out- will not be back. service was TERRIBLE – slow and our orders were incorrect. So very sorry we sang their praises and took family – what happened? changed owners? Laurie left? IDK – but we won’t waste our time or money there again

I almost hate to review Lazy Enchilada because once the word is out, getting a table should be impossible. I travel a lot and dine out a LOT. Best service I have ever had tonight with our group of 6. All agreed. Also maybe the best Tex-Mex we’ve ever had. The shrimp in the mixed fajitas tastes like lobster. The mixture and choice of homemade salsas with their chips was a very pleasant surprise. Soooo good! The food and service were off the charts, and then we got dessert. Holy hell. Tres Leche and Churros. Best I’ve had anywhere on the planet. I’m glad we live close. We will be regulars!! Almost forgot to talk about the rice and beans. They are made fresh. No powdered refried beans here. Totally legit!

Y’all better get you some! Hands down best chimichanga I’ve ever had. Even the salsa was something special! And the service was top notch. Random detour on a hiking adventure will now be a anticipated destination in the future. Norfolk you are so lucky! Highly recommend.

This little business is a gem hidden in Norfork. I go through there a lot and have tried all the restaurants and bars in that little spot in the road. The Lazy Enchilada is a great place for food or just to stop and have a beer. Don’t bother with the brewery there, you can’t get any service there. Also, the Lazy Enchilada has the BEST breakfast anywhere in this entire area. It’s the only place we go for breakfast anymore.
