There are a lot of chicken restaurants in Frisco, but I think I like Laynes best. The food is good and fastand the staff is friendly. They also have a selection of hot sauces, unlike some other places.

We were very surprised by how Layne’s Chicken Fingers in Frisco tasted. When I first saw it on the road, I thought the food would just be okay, but it actually turned out to be incredibly great. The chicken tenders were fresh and flavorful, and everything tasted better than I expected. The employees are kind and try to get orders out as fast as they can, which I really appreciated. I also like how they mainly focus on chicken tenders — since that’s pretty much what they serve, you know they’re going to do it well. If you like Canes, you’ll probably like this place too. Overall, Layne’s is very good, and I would definitely come back again.

They always mess up our order. We ask for spicy chicken tenders and we get served non-spicy. We explicitly ask to make sure it’s spicy as well.

Tenders are soft and tasted delicious. Even the fries tested much better than another fast food shop. It was my first time, and I’m definitely coming back here.

I’m new to the area and got a “Welcome to the neighborhood” coupon. The special and weekly offers are really good. The taste and juiciness of these wings are really different from Popeye’s and Cane’s. The sauces are also unique, my most favorite is the Honey Mustard. The bread and fries within the meals are also very tasty.Will definitely continue to be a repeat customer.
Wanted to add that over the last few years, I’ve had Layne chicken for so many times. Quality and taste are still on point. Prices have risen, but their offers are still there, making it a bargain compared to places like Raising Cane’s or Slims chicken.
Recently, i had their spicy chicken fingers club sandwich with Layne sauce. It’s so amazing, the taste and tenderness, and honestly, it mostly comes from the beef brisket bacon. This will be my go-to order from next time on.
Ohhh forgot, what a nice place to have added to the list of Halal food places near this area. Thanks to the owners, managers, and staff.

Brought Family here from Colorado who has never had Layne’s and we all LOVED it! We all ate the spicy chicken! We ordered sandwiches and a wrap. The wrap was amazing, it had a decent amount of chicken, unlike other places that fill the wrap full of lettuce! The chicken is full of flavor and a nice kick of spice! The fry’s were cooked perfectly as well!
The Staff was friendly and kept the dinning area tidy and clean as well!
We will definitely be back and keep bringing family and friends here!

Let’s talk Layne’s… I have to say, I was fired up cuz I’ve heard all the hype about how they were the original and better then Raising Canes! But honestly, It wasnt impressive… First off, atmosphere was nice and super clean! So I really appreciate that and can definately give 5 stars there. But food/service left a lot to be desired. Ordered 4 meals and ALL chicken was cold and fries were luke warm. Chicken portions/tenders were very small and over cooked/cold as well. Would assume from sitting under some kind of warmer for an extended amount of time. Service wasnt bad, just non attentive and dawdling. Apparently, kitchen staff was more concerned about where to hang a radio/speaker, then preparing and putting out chicken dinners. Nothing was getting accomplished, no food was going out, and take out drivers were backing up. I will always support and appreciate a balanced work environment, but come on folks, let’s cook some chicken and figure it out when it slows down… It was tough to sit there and watch that. So unfortunately my first Layne’s (Frisco by Costco) did not go well. Maybe just a bad day but all fixable problems… Lets pick it up peeps!

Let me start off by saying how much my family loves laynes! Young lady was friendly and nice. However last night i purchased meals for the whole family which was about $45 of food, i drove 20 minutes back home to realize half my order was missing. Gave me all the drinks but not all the food. So two members of our family were left with no meal. I called a total of 13 times with no answer and the voicemail was full so i couldn’t leave a voicemail.
