We had the most incredible experience at LAVO at the Palazzo in Vegas and it was all because of our server Jordyn. Truly the best service I have ever had anywhere. From the second we sat down she made us feel like VIPs. She was warm, confident, attentive, and somehow perfectly timed with everything all night.

Her food recommendations were absolutely spot on. Every single dish she suggested was outstanding and you could tell she genuinely knew the menu inside and out. She described everything with so much detail and passion that we wanted to order it all. Nothing disappointed. It was one of those meals where you just sit back and keep saying wow.

What really stood out was how effortless she made the entire experience feel. Our drinks were always full, she anticipated what we needed before we even asked, and she checked in at exactly the right moments without ever interrupting the flow of the night. She elevated the whole dinner from great to unforgettable.

Jordyn is a huge asset to LAVO. If I owned this restaurant I would want a whole team trained by her. She is the kind of server that people come back for. We will absolutely be returning and requesting her every single time. She is hands down the best server at the restaurant.

We came here two years ago and I think it was better decorated back then. The ambiance and decoration are impeccable, earning a perfect score of 10/10. However, the food quality falls short, receiving an 8/10. The cocktails, earning a 9/10. Given the luxurious atmosphere and location, I had anticipated higher-quality food, although it was merely satisfactory.

The food and service definitely was above and beyond what we expected. We did an early dinner and had reservations. There was no wait. The waitress was absolutely phenomenal. The food was so delicious. Every bite better than the next. She was attentive and knowledgeable of their menu. Our waters were never empty or low. The Waygu Ribeye melted in my mouth. So tender, so flavorful! The dessert that blew us out of the water was the affogato. The presentation … 10/10. The atmosphere was beyond compare. Our waitress was amazing and I am bummed I cannot remember her name. She needs a raise. We were in on 10/19/25.

Great Food, atmosphere. Staff were beyond excellent. Very hospitality people had received free starters to accompany my lovely Burrata pizza. Would highly recommend checking it in Vegas just make sure to have a reservation because it can get packed fast. Savannah my waitress was great took great care of all her Diners .

We were looking for a good Italian restaurant at the Venetian/Palazzo since we were staying there. Lots of options in Venetian but we chose LAVO. Definitely didn’t disappoint. Pastas, pizzas were delicious. The staff was very warm and accommodating to our requests for vegetarian options. The ambience is dimly lit but feels cozy.
Reservations are highly recommended.
Personal favourites were Garlic bread and Affogato.

Ordered 2 drinks, garlic bread appetizer, truffle fries side, chicken parm with a side of penne marinara, and ravioli.
1. When we arrived (with a reservation) I walked up to a side door that was open right next to what ended up being the main entrance. Two waiters locked eyes with me (obviously looking for guidance if I was in the right place) and didnt speak to me or offer help.
2. The waitress took the time to mentioned an additional shot of bourbon was only $10 more. My husband and I were elegantly dressed, suit and tie and black gown and heels. Not exactly the customer base that needs a ‘deal’ on what turned into a $200+ meal.
3. The garlic bread was really good, as we’re its 3 dipping sauces. Arguably the only good thing.
4. My husband got SEVEN ravioli. And they weren’t big ravioli, just your standard 1″ ravioli.
5. My chicken parm was massive but bland. All the food besides the garlic bread was tragically bland.
6. My side of penne was al dente, a hair shy of undercooked. I prefer al dente, and this was cutting it close.
7. Wait staff came by ONCE in a 90 min dining experience to ask if the food was okay, but 6 times to try and take plates that we were obviously still working on.
8. My husband opted for grated cheese on this ravioli and told the waitress to stop grating and she kept going for another 3/4 grates.

Overall not worth it. Save your money and go to Capital Grille. Disappointed the Venetian is hosting this location.

I really appreciated the great service I received from our server Alex. She was very attentive and kind. The hostess was a sweetheart too I just can’t remember her name. Lavo is a such good endless brunch spot that gives you many options to choose from. The only reason why I’m giving 4 stars is because they ran out of oysters, now why would that happen when I show up. Also the truffle pizza doesn’t even have any truffle just sliced mushrooms. I was pretty perplexed by that. Otherwise I enjoyed the food and service, would definitely come back.

Stopped by LAVO at The Venetian in Las Vegas and thought it was just okay. The food was decent, service was slow, and the atmosphere had that typical upscale Vegas vibe, but nothing really stood out. For the price, it didn’t quite feel worth it with everything else going on at the Venetian.

The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was polite, but overall the experience didn’t leave a lasting impression.

If you’re already at The Venetian, it’s a decent choice for a meal, but I probably wouldn’t go out of my way to return.

This is more like a 3.5 stars but I rounded up. The food was good and the atmosphere is nice (view of the fountains), but any sort of value just wasn’t there. I know you’re going to pay a premium in vegas and a premium for the nicer spots, but this was a premium without the payoff. Again, tasty, but $41+ for 9 tortellini on my dish was a little silly.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE ❤️

This place was amazing.
The atmosphere was wonderful but that doesn’t hold a candle to their outstanding staff. Jessika and Jonathan were above and beyond amazing. We never had to ask for a refill, they were so attentive. They were so warm and welcoming to all of our party.

Answered all of our questions about the menu and drink options without any issue.

The price is amazing at $55 (as of July 2025) per person all you can eat brunch (with upcharge options) $35 add-on drink package.
Yes please!

The presentation and portions were perfect as well. We will be back!
Thank you Jonathan for being so attentive.
