Eat in a friendly environment where you’re sure to feel comfortable. Lauren’s Restaurant is centrally located in Warren, Rhode Island, with plenty of free parking and ample seating for large groups. Our family-friendly restaurant offers table service and outdoor seating. Head Chef Gerry prepares consistently great food, and we have experienced wait staff to serve you. We recently upgraded our restaurant to add patio seating and renovated our full-service bar. Catch sports on the big screen, and try our daily appetizer specials.

My first time dining at Lauren’s and I don’t believe I’ll be returning. In short, the service was lackluster and the food was ‘ok’. My waitress was relatively unpleasant, no smile and a stale tone to her voice. The wait time was a little excessive. I feel like my money was better spent at Rod’s Grille ( about 2 miles away). The atmosphere is awesome though and the outside dining option is what drew me in. The image I uploaded is what I left on my plate upon leaving. Breakfast has always been my favorite meal of the day .. leaving an almost full plate of food is NOT what I like doing.

I’ve been disappointed every time I have come here. Today I got breakfast and I ordered ribeye with eggs and I’ve never seen a ribeye so thin in my life. Absolutely terrible and on top of that the waitress never even came back to the table to ask if everything was OK

We come here, maybe once a month. It’s a family, sit down restaurant with breakfast all day, lunch sandwiches and full dinners, meats, fish and Italian, a bar and it’s open all day into the evening. We usually do breakfast because we can get our favorite greasy spoon eggs, home fries or pancakes but leave not smelling like a greasy spoon. It’s great for kids. Our grands would rather go there than McD or BK, both within sight.

I go Sunday nights for the local car meet that’s held here between 4 pm to dusk! Great people great food,an a bonus all the beautiful cars you get to walk around an see it really is a treat!! If you ever have time come on down !!!

We started coming here for breakfast and decided to try lunch. The stuff quahogs were awesome, just the right amount of zing. We also tried the French dip sandwich, very tasty. We are looking forward to going back for dinner. This place is a must try. Great service and very clean restaurant.

Disappointing Service, but Good Food
My husband and I decided to try Lauren’s Restaurant for breakfast, and while the food was good, the service left a lot to be desired. The meal itself was enjoyable—everything was fresh and well-prepared—but unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by our waitress’s poor service.
She was inattentive, barely checked on us, and seemed disinterested in helping. We had to ask multiple times for simple things like coffee refills and extra napkins, and she acted like we were an inconvenience. It really put a damper on what could have been a great breakfast.
It’s a shame because the food was worth coming back for, but service plays a huge role in the dining experience. Hopefully, management addresses this issue because Lauren’s has potential—just not with that kind of service.
Would I return? Maybe, but only if the service improves.
