Came here a few times and always loved it got what I ordered with a smile and so friendly made you want to come back. Was here 4/16 and the lady working had dark hair and was amazing! Came today 4/18 and it was an experience I won’t be back. I have worked in coffee for 7 years and owned my own coffee shop. I get the weather is cold and windy but to Crack the window and say wait for us to start ordering and not a hello or a smile is pretty sad. Order and slam the window shut again. We got a coffee and redbull and asked for extra cream. When given I could tell it wasn’t extra nor how I like it. I asked if she could put a little more in and she said that is more and was still trying to hand it out the window. I said I like extra if I could get more and she rolled her eyes and put a drop more in. Instead of arguing like she was with us we just left. Blonde hair and glasses. Needs to work on the attitude. Coffee is not a hard job and should be so fun to meet eveyone and create things. Maybe it’s just not the right fit for her.

I like most the people who work here but it seems the younger ones don’t care as much. When I go and the older people are working I always get what I order but I’ve gotten the wrong thing 4 times in the past month and its only when the younger people like high schoolers are working. The ladies who get it right also usually repeat the order to make sure it’s right and if they don’t understand something you want then they clarify instead of “assuming” and messing up the order in the first place. I’m tired of wasting my money and having to pay for another one.
