The food is toe die for, staff were very attentive, loved the live music and the vibe was great. The restaurant has 3 different vibes going on. Inside is more formal, just outside is chilled with live music and the tiki bar is more casual. The owners, Phil and Rene are the most amazing people I’ve ever met! Most definitely one of my favourite restaurants out there. It’s only day 2 of them being open and I love it❤️

Latitudes Waterfront is a vibe.

We started with the corn ribs topped with a touch of honey and blue cheese and… wow. Absolutely incredible. Sweet, savory, a little funky from the blue cheese — one of those dishes you keep talking about after you leave.
Then we shared the brunch board, which came with a full spread including eggs Benedict and chicken & waffles. The eggs Benedict were cooked perfectly with a hollandaise that had just the right amount of flavor. The chicken was juicy and perfectly cooked with a really unique seasoning on the breading that made it stand out. Everything tasted amazing.

The bar staff was also fantastic — drinks were always full and the music was on point, which made the whole waterfront brunch atmosphere even better.

The only downside was the wait for food. The corn ribs took about 45 minutes to come out, and the brunch board was closer to an hour and a half. Clearly the kitchen was slammed.

That said, the food and vibe were absolutely worth it. We’ll definitely be back — just maybe not for Sunday brunch when it’s packed.

The new owners have done a great renovation and hired Chef Jamie aka Big J. The food and staff were friendly and efficient. We had a wonderful experience. Can’t wait for warmer weather to enjoy the tiki bar again!

Came for bingo night and happy hour!
I ordered the happy hour drinks, moscow mules, and some appetizers (steamed oysters) also on happy hour. For my meal I got an alfredo bread bomb with fried/breaded chicken. Everything was awesome! Brianna and TJ were amazing and catered to my every whim, even doing things I didn’t anticipate like overhearing my favorite drink and food and ordering it for me. I love this place, the atmosphere, and the food. It really helps that everyone who works here acts like a family, so much so that I saw servers off the clock hanging out for bingo night. 10/10 everything and 100% recommending to any and all people who want good food, service, and atmosphere!!!

We stopped by for dinner and its definitely a hidden gem. They are brand new so a little patient while they navigate a new system but our food was delicious, we got the charred oysters, crab cake bread bomb and maine lobster roll and oh boy was it amazing. The food was ready super fast and the server Chris was so sweet. They have a in house chef which is how you know the food is top tier!!

My daughter & I went to dinner with one of my clients & his wife who were in Orlando from Idaho for a few days. We wanted to get together since he’s in FL almost never and while they were here wanted to watch the launch and eat seafood
I knew one of the places along the river in PSJ or Titusville would be a great view for watching the launch but I had never been to this restaurant before.
➡️It’s really easy to miss the turn especially at night
.➡️1st impressions – beautiful. River view, palm trees w. Lights wrapped up the trunk. It is a perfect place to➡️ go at night especially. These guys from out of town were very impressed with the atmosphere(like me!)
If you are taking a client or family member from another state to dinner this is the best place!
Waitress named April felt like an old friend vibes, everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. I got the mahi mahi BLT. It was 10|10 loved it. Crab cakes were great, everything was.
The launch ! It was the launch that was amazing right there at the restaurant. Such a special memory. I definitely want to go back.
Food was totally reasonable for people and the dinner plus deserts.

Stopped by in the afternoon to the new & AMAZING Latitudes restaurant on the water to grab a late lunch and enjoy the incredibly beautiful view of the Indian River Lagoon here in Paradise! Was going to have one of their delicious burgers (happy hour $6 with fries by the way). And the temperature was dropping fast so they closed the bar down by the waterfront so went inside which just opened up.

Katt waited on me and she is really amazing and super professional! Luckily for me she also talked me into having the prime rib which is usually on Mondays only but because it was New Year’s got lucky!

* This prime rib photo is from last week because I forgot to take one last night. All I can say is, it can’t be done better! Perfectly cooked, large portion, gigantic baked potato with real butter and sour cream, and the best au jus sauce I’ve ever had in my 64 years. Was able to talk to the chef and it has all kinds of fresh spices such as Rosemary and etc. OMG!!! Pure delight for the taste buds and the tummy!

Katt then talked me into upgrading to the special for New Year’s which was $149.99 for two people (but they kindly charged me half, since I was by myself). And it had mushroom stuffed with crab meat or cold large butterflied deveined shrimp with lime and lemon or seafood sauce as desired! To finish it off dessert was literally the best cheesecake I’ve ever had in my life with a really good sort of orange sauce drizzled on the cheesecake! Once again total home run on perfect food!

The video has Chris the manager and Maddie (the amazing) talking about the specials – that indeed were truly special!!! Extra bonus points for Chris’s awesome New Year’s outfit! And that video was completely spontaneous.

The carpenter who did most all the work there also gets a big appreciation from me also, especially the tongue and groove ceilings! I can’t imagine the hundreds of thousands of dollars that the owners have put into this place. But I sure can be grateful and appreciative!

Phil and his lovely wife own the place and they have wonderfully expanded on all the great improvements that Lauren, the former owner, did previously! Believe this has been my seventh meal experience there and every single time it was awesome and darn near perfect!!!!!!!
* Crab cake sandwich with no fillers
* Shrimp sandwich that is also delicious
* Prime rib meal on Mondays after 4:00 p.m. ish $29.99
* Happy hour Burger and fries for $6
* Two burger and fries with two beers for $20 on Tuesdays
* A meal with a round piece of bread where they take out the middle and fill it in my case with pasta Alfredo made in house and steak. Think there are three or four different options on this yummy meal
* And then last night the prime rib extravaganza for New Year’s!!!!!!!

Latitudes:
* Extremely good food!
* Absolutely fantastic service!
* Upgraded facilities and landscaping!
* Some of the best views on Earth!
* Super clean!
* Always fun clientele!
* More proof that we live in Paradise here in Brevard County Florida!
^^^ 100% awesome even though it’s not 100% perfect, but they are doing absolutely fantastic and more to come according to the owners. I sure have been treated like ABSOLUTE GOLD @ Latitudes!

Life is good!
